Review: I received Order #[redacted] on Friday, Nov. 1, 2013. I called Seating Depot, Monday, Nov. 4, 2013 to inform that I needed 24 inch barstool, not the products I received. I spoke to [redacted] at the company & he said I can return the products to S.D. and I'll have to pay for return shipping. Also, it's best if I return the boxes/stools myself, because I'll get a cheaper shipping rate from [redacted]. So I thought! Per [redacted], the company should have informed me that I could have returned the 2 unopened boxes to the company as a refusal, because they were not opened within the first 7 days. I just learned this from [redacted] on Friday, Nov 15, 2013. Seating Depot, I called the company and emailed them numerous time and they have refused to respond to my return request and email me my return labels. I emailed the company from their website and no response. Now I've have stared to emailed Seating Depot from my personal email account so I can have documentation regarding this unresolved matter. As of today, I have 30 days per their Policy to return the bar stools. I am going to return the bar stools to Seating Depot and I'll have to pay for the shipping myself regarding this matter. [redacted] called me about this matter as well. There are aware that I was misinformed and [redacted] said that they were sorry. Please help me to resolve this matter. Thank you for your assistance.
