So we are aware that this scooter has taken longer than expected to finishWe did take a $deposit since the scooter was not running***'s husband has since used the $credit buying a helmet, and weather cover for her new scooter that she has purchased since dropping off her Kymco Super
for service (the scooter we have is no longer her only form of transportation) so we do not have any of her money on holdAt the time of drop off, our service wait was about a weekAt a point we were weeks out for service, if we ONLY worked on ***'s scooter we would probably have many Revdex.com complaints from other service customersWe need to keep the flow going, and cannot get clogged up on one jobSince the scooter has been here, we have put many hours (at least hours) into diagnosing the issue, So what the customer has stated about us making no progress is somewhat true, but she also stated that we have not touched the scooter, which is completely falseShe claims that we have not ordered parts, which is also falseWe have in fact ordered parts to attempt to fix the scooterIt does not help that the company that has the parts is located on the east coast, which takes days to get the parts that were orderedWe understand her frustration, but we have more time, and money into this job than she doesWe want nothing more that to figure this thing out so we can get the scooter back to her.We have told *** weeks ago that she can pick up the scooter if she would like
