I Order A product (16pc 10k Gold Grills)On June 28th Of 2019. I have called them and text them thru social media and they haven’t respond. The Price of the item was $889.00.

I paid for a solid gold yellow Cuban. And got a semi gold chain. I have reciepts and messages confirming I paid for a solid chain. I contacted the owner and let him know what was going on. He just blocked me and scammed me.

I ordered jewelry from this jewelry store online it was supposed to give me to 18 karat gold fangs for $265 I ordered at the end of September it is now late November and I still have not received my order I've called the owner multiple times anytime I do he either tells me he's on it's on its way working on the order . He told me his store just had a fire and is rushing around to complete a bunch of orders and has promised me he would get mine done by last Friday but still hasn't I have texts too prove. After waiting so long and being ran around in the circle he stopped texting me when I started asking for my money back.......I would just like a refund because I am owed a refund

One of the store in the Ballard fire Octo Design/ Seattle Gold Grill has breached their service contract before the fire. I came into the shop August 4th with gold my late mother passed to me to use in some jewelry I wanted made. I was supposed to get it back 30-45 business days and Tony ( the older man) told me to call in 2 weeks and he'll have it ready. So I call like I was supposed to and I get straight attitude like how dare you call and was told by a different person up to 45 day. The fire happens after my 45 business days are up, and when I call, text, or message about my grill or a refund their being very rude, threatening, and just didnt care. It's been past 3 months now and I'm being duct, everyone one at Seattle gold grill is saying that whoever sold me it is who I have to deal with. Everyone is putting blame on the other. They put me on the back burner, with not even an estimated time till I'll get my refund and truthfully I dont think I'll ever get my refund at all.REALLY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SOMEONE WITHOUT FUNDS TO SMALL CLAIM THEM!!! I'm a disabled man that has been diagnosed with a incurable brain Disease called CJD (mad cow) and stress contributes to the on set of the disease, and all this would stress anyone out. Their still promoting and taking orders for jewelry but I cant get my jewelry or refund only info I'm being told is I have to wait for their insurance claim??? THATS NOT RIGHT
