This is in regard to Seattle magazine, ID of the complaint is [redacted]. The complaint was submitted August 22nd. A customer sent us 2 payments. After telling the customer that would not cash the second payment, we did. Upon being notified of the issue we offered refunds. The customer took us up on...

the offer, and accepted that the refunds would be cut in September. The customer was also served two issues free of charge, the June 2015 and July 2015 issues. The correspondence with the customer is below. We made an error, acknowledged the error, provided two free copies of the magazine, and returned all requested money within the time frame established. Furthermore, the refund was received and cashed. Jeremy W[redacted]Circulation DirectorTiger Oak Media[redacted]Toll-Free Customer Service [redacted]tigeroak.com[redacted]Minneapolis, MN  55415Publisher of Seattle, Seattle Business, Seattle Health, Minnesota Business, Regional Meetings + Events magazine group, Regional Bride magazine group, Minnesota Community Lifestyle Magazines________________________________________From: [redacted]Sent: Thursday, June 11, 2015 12:40 AMTo: Jeremy W[redacted]Subject: Re: Seattle Contact Us E-mailhi jeremy, yes, please.  i will look forward to your check and contact you if not received by sept 10, 2015.thank you.[redacted]Sent from my iPad> On Jun 10, 2015, at 7:14 AM, Jeremy W[redacted] <[redacted]tigeroak.com> wrote:>> Yes, we can refund the full amount as well.>> Jeremy W[redacted]> Circulation Director> Tiger Oak Media> [redacted]> Toll-Free Customer Service [redacted]tigeroak.com> [redacted]> Minneapolis, MN  55415> Publisher of Seattle, Seattle Business, Seattle Health, Minnesota > Business, Regional Meetings + Events magazine group, Regional Bride > magazine group, Minnesota Community Lifestyle Magazines>> ________________________________________> From: [redacted] <[redacted]@msn.com>> Sent: Wednesday, June 10, 2015 1:00 AM> To: Jeremy W[redacted]> Subject: Re: Seattle Contact Us E-mail>> hello Jeremy,>> may I request cancellation of my subscription and would you issue a > refund check for $90.00 whenever you and your team get around to it? > (remember, I paid twice since I received so many notices)>> thank you.>> [redacted]>> Sent from my iPad>>> On Jun 9, 2015, at 8:06 AM, Jeremy W[redacted] <[redacted]tigeroak.com> wrote:>>>> [redacted], we're going to refund the $45.00 of course.
