The homeowner does have a section of grass, approximately square feet that is a different shade than the rest of his yard. I am willing to replace the square feet with new grass. The only issue is that his grass has not been watered, weeded, thatched or fertilized so it is
in pretty rough condition. I can replace the square feet of sod but it would match the grass in the rest of the yard and will look out of place until he fertilizes and waters the surrounding grass. If he takes care of his yard it will eventually blend in and match. Our warranty states there is no warranty for grass however I would be willing to do this for him. I have attached pictures so you an see before and after. Let me know how the owner would like to proceed

Mr*** reached out to us awhile back and let us know he had some concerns that he wanted addressed. My Project Manager reached out to him and let him know he would like to schedule a time to come look at the issues. Mr *** informed us that he was hiring a home inspector to
inspect his home and following that he would be in touch with us. I guess this is one way to get in touch
We have an appointment for Friday the 7th of October to look at his concerns

After closing the buyer reached out saying that they could not get hot water (4/3). After scheduling an emergency appointment with our plumbing subcontractor, we also sent our Site Project Manager. After visiting the home, it was determined that the buyer failed to understand how to use a single...

handle faucet (that you need to turn it to the hot side to get hot water). There was no need for an emergency appointment at the home for the hot water. 4/3 Buyer did not understand the mailboxes so we explained it to them. 4/3 Buyer did not understand how to reset GFCI outlet. He was sent a video.  This was also covered during the homeowner orientation. 4/4 Buyer clogged toilet. Expected Bryan to plunge it.  If too much toilet paper is put in the toilet we are not responsible for plunging it.  Buyer sent in an email on 4/4 regarding the façade elevation installed to his home. It was explained that we have 2 elevation designs for every floor plan built at Bear Creek (Elevation 5 & Elevation 6). The elevation in the rendering the buyer sent is Option 5 for the Trinity (taken from the website). The picture sent of the buyer’s home is Option 6 (as listed and signed off on in his contract). The elevation for our homes is determined by our designer along with all exterior paint schemes. The picture the buyer supplied of his home is the correct and signed upon elevation from the addendum 1 to the Purchase & Sale Agreement. Bark was installed to the rear yard 4/26, buyer had requested it so we did it right away.  30-Day Service report was received on 5/5 at 2:27pm. The warranty evaluation appointment was put on the schedule at 2:44pm (17 minutes after the request). The evaluation will take place on May 15th at 3:30pm. 5/8 buyer emailed regarding 2 screens. The screens were already on order from the walk through and had been delivered but were damaged during shipping. The Site Project Manager reordered the screens upon receiving the damaged screens. This matter has been addressed and the screens were installed today.      We strive hard to have happy homeowner and have gone above and beyond for these buyers.  They need to make sure they read thru their homeowner manual as to the proper way to request warranty service and also read thru the performance standards to understand coverage.  We have an evaluation set up with them May 15th.  We will address any concerns at that time.
