7/22/2015and spoke to one of our financial counselors about the bill she received inJune. This meeting with the patient resulted in the following: We haveconfirmed the patients mailing address. We have billed the services to the patient’ssecondary insurance. We have confirmed with the patient that she does not havea current outstanding balance due to the services being submitted to hersecondary insurance. We have explained to the patient that once her insuranceprocesses the claims that she will be responsible at that time for any out ofpocket charges not covered by insurance. A follow up call was placed to thepatient on 7/23/2015 to review this information with the patient. She expressedthat she was satisfied with this resolution.
