DO NOT BOOK THIS LIMO SERVICE!!

Their name should be Bottom Class Limo. I booked a party bus with this company for my birthday on a Saturday night to which I had guests flying in from all over the country. This was my first experience doing a party bus so I was very excited. That excitement changed as soon as the bus arrived. The bus was advertised as a newer model but looked very dated. The exhaust was leaking into the bus and could be smelled as soon as my party boarded. Even the driver admitted he smelled it and said, “oh wow, it should go away once we got moving”, but it did not go away. It got WORSE.

One of my guest has asthma and was having trouble breathing, the whole time I was worried that she’d go into respiratory distress. Then to top it off, The driver told me upfront he’d never driven a party bus before and believe me IT SHOWED. We were unable to get up and really dance because the driver was so rough on turns and lane changes. It took us a while to get music playing because there was input issues with the aux cord and I was told the Bluetooth did not work which was a big inconvenience.

When it was time for us to leave our venue for the night and return back to the bus, our driver let a random guy who was smoking a cigarette on our bus while I was waiting for the rest of my guests to re-board. Then we had another rough ride back to look forward to. I was so embarrassed and extremely disappointed, so after my last guest left (Monday), I contacted Vick to let him know about my horrible experience to get a full or partial refund and he had no remorse whatsoever about my experience, did not care that my friend almost had an asthma attack, and quickly told me NO REFUNDS.

I paid a down payment via credit card of 150.00 early on. The bus total was 750.00 with the remaining balance (600.00) paid in person when the bus arrives. This company gets you because they charge you 5% to use a credit card payment method which for me would have been an additional 37.50 therefore encouraging and swaying customers to just pay in cash. I am not sure if the company is doing this to avoid paying taxes or because they’ve had so many complaints in the past that they know 9/10 a customer will ask for a refund. It is no secret that it’s harder for customers to get their funds returned with a cash transaction, and this company feeds off that logic.This company has zero interest in customer satisfaction. Their only interest is ripping you off. I will be reporting that party bus to DOT. STAY AWAY!

this is Vick wit No Seattle top class limo , attached is the messages client and had conversations, it don’t let me attach more . Before reserving the bus . We sent a video and pictures of bus . And she said perfect . And agreed on everything .evrrything was working on a bus . Blue tooth wasn’t working but before it went out to pick up a client . Code was fixed on blue tooth and radio was set up on auxiliary cable with new iPhone 10 extension. So client can play using. Driver is CDL license holder and well experienced.clientused bus over time. Which we normally charge as half hour increments. But to client we did not .thwres no exacust issue wit a bus . Client just trying to get some money back which we won’t offer after provining a xtra service. If client had an issue would call right away. We answer phone 24/7 . But client called after 4 days of using service. If you have any question feel free to call me anytime at *** regarding this issue .

I am rejecting this response because

Vick is being dishonest. This was never about money. This is about a service he was paid to provide that he did NOT deliver. This was my first experience, as well as some other guests, on a party bus and at the minimum we expected a fully functioning bus WITHOUT mechanical issues and a driver that had experience driving a PARTY BUS. The driver admitted he smelt the exhaust on the bus and told us it would stop once the doors shut and we got moving but it DID NOT. As stated previously it only got worse and one of myGuests who has asthma could not breath for parts of the ride due to the intense smell of exhaust toxins. The driver drove exactly how id expect anyone to drive who hadn’t driven a party bus before. My female guests were only able to dance when the bus stopped moving (at stop lights) because the driver was harsh on the turns and lan switches, and he ran over potholes instead of going around them sending some of my guests stumbling at times. As far as the audio claims, VIck told me a couple days prior to my pickup date that the Bluetooth did not work and that they were locked out of it (I have the text messages). He never messaged me back to tell me it was fixed at all. We just kept trying to hr the aux cord to work. We did finally get musicPlaying but we had no music for the first 15 to 20 minutes. In addition to all of that our driver let a strange random man smoking a cigarette on our bus while I was waiting for the rest of my guests to leave the nightclub. Even when I initially started walking toward the bus there was a women in the entrance way of the bus trying to see who was on it. Our driver just sat there and let it happen. One of my female guests had to kick the man off the bus which is just unacceptable. I didOriginally (months prior) see a video of the bus and from the video it looked nice. I was told It was fairly new. However, when the bus pulled up it looked very dated (at least 6-7 years old) on the outside and the inside smelt of nothing but exhaust. Vick is just an owner who will never except any fault or liability. Now that he has my money he does not care whatsoever about my horrible birthday experience and it shows in our text correspondence previously sent. He believes he is still entitled to my cash payment, but he is not. I also have read similar reviews from customers (Yelp) who stated they had a horrible faulty vehicles and were denied a refund as well. He says his bus was checked and cleared by the DOT. I would like him to submit those documents noting the date they were last cleared. I have no reason to lie. I have 11 other guests who can serve as witnesses and can attest to everything I am stating here. I had no problem paying for the service I was promised. But what I will NOT do is let an owner take my money when the service agreed upon was NOT delivered. He charges 5% to pay with a debit/credit card which sways customers to just pay the remaining balance (600 for me) in cash so that if there is an issue with an experience he can easily ignore the customer and keep the cash. He avoids taxes and having to fight disputes with banks, but I will continue to fight to get my funds back and can provide witnesses including his own driver to attest to the events I described. He’s asking why I waited and I explained why in text message. After the bus dropped me off I was extremely upset and distraught. My guests calmed me down and told me to just be cool and enjoy the rest of my birthday weekend. The party bus was just one segment of my birthday. I had events planned and guests to entertain until Monday night (25Feb19). I messaged the owner the next day when I was able.

Sorry again , there is no refund after the service is competed . If client had an issue client suppose to call us right away , it’s just a excuse that friends calm client down after using service all night . Client tried to make money before time of service too . When I told client there’s is auxiliary cable in it and I will send I phone 10 extension . Client asked me for a discount right away . client knew that before . And stero was already set to auxiliary cable . If client don’t know how to use that . That’s not companies fault. and when you rent a bus for a group . Of course they will be clients witness. Again there is. I smell and nothing was wrong with bus. Anyone can come check on it anytime.and about merchandise fees , we get charged as well from the square. When already offered discounted service to the client. It’s mentioned before to Client in a email too that can pay by credit but 5% merchandise fees will be charged . It’s not something we charging for profit. Any question fee greee to call me anytime at ***. Again after providing a full service ( there is no refund ) . Any issue Call right away . We will you irk on it , or offer discount that time or send the another bus. But after completing the service and few days later there is no refund .

I am rejecting this response because

All the owner keeps stating is that I’ve just been trying to get a refund/ discount since day one which isn’t true. No one is going to go to these lengths over 600.00. Filing a complaint takes time and dedication only a customer who truly feels wronged by a business would invest this much time to resolve it. To comment on what the owner stated. Yes, I did ask for A discount a few days prior to my scheduled date because he told Me the Bluetooth did not work and that was how my group intended to play music. He then stated that in the beginning of us doing business, months prior, that he told me it was aux only. I told him okay and commented that I did not recall him telling me that. We then agreed to use An iPhone converter that he supplied in the bus. I did not continue to chastise Or beg for any discount or money back after we had come to that resolution. I did have a military discount included in my Quote from the owner but that has absolutely nothing to do with the issues at hand. Second, the owner has still NOT provided documents from the DOT stating that his bus is up to code and not leaking exhaust into the bus. If my guest, who has asthma and had a hard time breathing on the bus, would have had an asthma attack the owner would have been looking at a LAWSUIT and not a Revdex.com complaint. My witnesses include not only my guests BUT THE OWNER’S OWN DRIVER, Thomas. He told me he smelt the exhaust and said it would stop once we got moving and it DID NOT. I trusted him that it would however which is why I got on the bus along with everyone else. I did not contact the owner while On the bus because I thought the customer service hours were closed. It was around 11pm. I also was unaware that they were open 24hrs a day. I spoke with the owner that day and he NEVER told me “if there’s any issue call me, we’re open 247.” He also NEVER told me the Bluetooth was fixed until AFTER I complained about my experience . The owner keeps talking and circles and repeating himself. He is not directly Addressing the issues at hand. I already addressed why I waited to speak to the owner. One, the day of, I thought the customer service section was closed due to the time. Secondly, as stated previously I had a schedule to keep with guests and events that followed my evening Saturday. I was very upset the initial night and was encouraged by my guests to just handle it later and enjoy the rest of the weekend’s events. As soon as my last guests left Monday night. I contacted the owner the very next day. It had NOT been a week or even 3/4 days. It has been 2 DAYS and NO WHERE did I sign anything that stated I had a time limit to report issues. The fact of the matter is: the bus had MECHANICAL ISSUES in which the OWNER’s DRIVER concurred, I had an INEXPERIENCED DRIVER; despite having a CDL as the owner states, the driver NEVER DROVE A PARTY BUS and TOLD ME SO. NO ONE COULD REALLY DANCE AND ENJOY THE BUS because of The driver’s handling of the bus. 80% of The time WE WERE ALL SEATED. The driver also let a man no one knew on the bus Which posed great safety hazards. This man could have had a gun and we wouldn’t have been able To do anything Bc the driver LET HIM JUST WALK ON. One of my guests had to kick him off AND IT SHOULD HAVE NEVER gotten to that point. For all of this trouble we all could have just ubered to the Nightclub. I did not Get my moneys worth out of the party bus yet the owner has my money as if I did. If payment was required AFTER, I would have given the driver half of the 600.00 because I got half ***ed service. This is so much deeper than money. The owner couldn’t careless about my experience or that one of my guests couldn’t breathe and had issues. In the text thread you can see he has no remorse. All he cares about is keeping his cash payment. He didn’t even consider giving me a portion of the funds back. Payments are given when services are FULLY delivered. Services were NOT fully delivered so I should have a portion of my money back. IF the bus is up to code like the owner states SEND IN THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS stating so. I am entitled to some of my money back and the owner knows it. I am NOT the first customer to complain about this owner and his company’s vehicles. I am attaching the reviews.
