We would like to offer you our deepest apologies for the trouble experienced with Yellow CabThis situation is not ordinary and this incident is not typical of usWe are very serious when it comes to our Clients satisfaction and have a zero tolerance policy in this respectWe appreciate that you understand that mistakes sometimes happen despite the numerous checks and measuresWe are very sorry that this happened to you but rest assured it won’t happen again After studing this matter, we found that one of Yellow Cab drivers gave the back bag to Yellow Cab Airport coordinator our (employee) and this employee misplace the bag The next day we didn’t find the bag .Due to this unintentional error and as token of our appreciation to you the customer we are going to you as our customer we are refund $as we talked on 10/6/by telephoneThis is the least that we can do to compensate for the inconvienceWe do hope this resolution fulfills your expectation and help clear any poor image you have about our customer service One more time we apologize for this error and we hope to keep you as part of our valued customer base for long time Please do not hesitate to share your thoughts and feedback with us at any time Best Regards Sadik M [redacted] Yellow Cab Operation Manager

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I am having difficulty finding a way to reply on the web site. I would like for the complaint not to be closed. Yellow Cab did contact me and has sent me a check. We communicated twice about the amount and the check sent was $50 short of what they stated they would pay me. Can we continue to work with you to get the full amount paid?Thank you [redacted]
