This is a little bizarre The mirror was purchased from [redacted] .com, not from seattleluxe.com It's not clear to me why it was returned to Seattle Luxe, or why it was accepted.Regardless, Seattle Luxe is out of business The returned mirror is in our possession, however, and we are able to ship it back to the customer Otherwise, the customer should file a chargeback with the credit card issuer

The customer ordered a copper faced mailbox on 6/21/14.  It was delivered on or about 8/15/14.  The mailbox has a hand-crafted copper front.  It is impossible for copper to rust.  Copper, however, does oxidize and turn dark over time.  NO AMOUNT of lacquer or protective...

coating will keep copper bright indefinitely.  The best that can be expected from such coatings is a slowing of the oxidation process.  There is no defect here.   If the customer wants to keep his copper face bright forever he must employ the use of a cleaner specifically formulated for copper - these are widely available at grocery and hardware stores.Meanwhile, Seattle Luxe has been sold and is now operated by another company to whom further issues should be addressed.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that the resolution to have the mirror returned to me is satisfactory.  However, I would like to say that Seattle Lux should not state that this is "bizarre". When I emailed perfect makeup mirrors for a "return authorization number" the response came from [redacted] email address [redacted]@seattlelux.com. (see attachment). He or she sent me the shipping label that I used (see 2nd attachment). I did not randomly nor bizarrely ship this mirror to Seattle Lux. That being said, yes I would like Seattle Lux to quickly return the mirror to me and we will consider this complaint closed.Thank you.Sincerely, [redacted]
