Review: The service engine light came on the day after I bought the truck, so I took the truck back and they checked it and said that it was the oxygen sensor. The owner had me going back and forth for a few days and then he told me that he wants me to pay for the job. He was very unprofessional and laughed when I told him that I didn't have anymore money, and he told me I had more money than he does. The mechanic was suppose to fix the horn because that doesn't work either. And then about two weeks later, the truck started to overheat and pour out all of the antifreeze. I am not a satisfied customer.

I want him to fix my truck because he promised me that there was nothing wrong with it. Then he tried to be ignorant and tell me that those are things that happen and how is he to know there was anything is wrong with it.

Before purchasing the 2002 Mitsubishi Montero Sport, Ms. [redacted] had an independent mechanic inspect and drive the vehicle. Based on her mechanics recommendation, advice and inspection of such vehicle, Ms. [redacted] purchases vehicle with NO Warrantee which was explained before signing documents (as we do with all vehicles before being sold with no warrantee) at which time Ms. [redacted], acknowledge and understood before signing all legal documents indicating that the vehicle she was purchasing from Seaview Motors and Repair had no warrantee.

Ms. [redacted] contact Seaview Motors and Repair 2 days after purchasing this vehicle due to the service engine light that came on due to a bad oxygen sensor. We advised Ms.[redacted] of the repair cost and advised her that we would cover ½ of the parts and labor cost on the oxygen sensor as long as the repairs were done at our facility, which Ms. [redacted] agreed. The following day we received a call from her husband, who threatened the staff with street violence if the vehicle was not fixed. We do not accept violence threats against any of our staff and will not be able to fix Ms. [redacted]'s vehicles under these circumstances. Ms. [redacted] will need to fix her vehicle at her own expense due to her husband's violent threats to staff and owners.
