[I was never rude to anyone on the Staff at the campground, despite the fact that every attempt was made by the manager to ensure that we did not feel welcome.  Rather than dispute the "she said-he said" allegations, my complaint centers around the the fact that NO REFUNDS WERE ALLOWED, DESPITE THE FACT THAT WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY SERVICES OR STAY AT THE CAMPGROUND.]

[redacted] complaint was in reference to his newspaper subscription. Specifically in relation to the cancellation of the subscription after an automatic renewal and a request for a pro-rata refund. [redacted] and I had a telephone conversation on 08/**/016 to discuss the complaint and confirm what steps...

have been taken to resolve the issue to his satisfaction. As per Financial Times newspaper terms and conditions, we have a no refund policy. An exception to that policy is a cancellation within the first 14 days of a new subscription start date. These terms can found here: [redacted] subscription automatically renewed on 06/**/2016 and his request to cancel was made on 07/**/2016. Despite this request being more than 14 days beyond the start of the new term, we allowed [redacted] to change his subscription terms and choose an alternative subscription package on a non-continuous service payment schedule. We then honored the request to cancel the former subscription and issued a pro-rata refund of the balance on 07/**/2016. [redacted] also raised a concern pertaining to the advanced notice of the automatic renewal and the method in which we issue that notice. This feedback has been acknowledged and shared with our marketing division for review. Both [redacted] and the Financial Times consider this complaint fully resolved. We strive to ensure that we provide the best possible customer service at the Financial Times and will continue to welcome and listen to feedback from our customers to ensure that we continue to improve on our service.
