Review: We purchased encore windows from a local business in the late 1990's and they have leaked since we've put them in. Some were installed by us and some by a contractor. I started contacting the company and I was told a kit would be sent out. The summer came and went without receiving or hearing anything so I contacted them again and received a couple of emails then nothing. I've sent pictures with proof of snow and ice inside of my window as requested by [redacted]. I have not received a reply from my last email which was sent 10/17/2014.Desired Settlement: I would at the very least like the window kit I was told would be sent and if that's not possible, a refund.
