I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I was never informed the tickets purchased the first day would not be valid the second dayAs I purchased the tickets, I asked, " you're here tomorrow correct?"The clerk replied yes, and I said I'll take tickets

CALLED AND SPOKE WITH BUSINESS, HE STATES THAT DURING A 2 DAY EVENT WE TELL THE CONSUMER THAT THE TICKETS ARE FOR THAT DAY, BUT WE USUALLY LET CONSUMERS USE THOSE TICKETS THE NEXT DAY UP UNTIL A CERTAIN TIME OF THE DAY.  HE IS VERY SORRY THAT THE CONSUMER WAS NOT ABLE TO USE THEIR TICKETS....

 BUT I'M NOT SURE WHAT TIME IT WAS AND MOST PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF THIS.  WE CAN NOT GIVE A REFUND.
