I purchased a Paw Prints on My Heart turquoise bracelet on Friday, August As this product was a free promotional item, it was stated in my order confirmation email that it could take up to days to receive my purchaseWhen days had passed, and I had not received the item, I contacted customer service on Friday, September I asked to receive an update on my order status or to be refunded for the amount of $A customer services representative responded to apologize, claiming my order was "stuck at one of our overseas shipping depots and was never delivered." I was then asked whether I wanted to have the company re-ship the item or receive a discount (gift certificate) on another item of my choiceI said I'd like to have them re-ship the order, as I still preferred to receive the original bracelet I orderedI also asked for another order confirmation email so I could track the second orderI never received a response from the company, and given this lack of follow up,
DON’T ORDER FROM THEM WHEN THEY SEND YOU AN ITEM THAT DOES NOT WORK THEY WONT REFUND AND THEY WILL TRY TO GIVE YOU HALF OF PURCHASE PRICE IN A GIFT CARD!!! Stay away it’s a joke

I purchased a necklace from DogPawty back on October 6th and I still have not received it They have no phone number to contact them, nor will they respond to inquiries made via email I want what I purchased and I have a bad feeling that they are scam artists placing items online that do not exist
