highlights done. I always ignored her because I know for a fact highlights cost alot more money & to be honest I don't really care for them. It seemed to me she intentionally just colored my roots with a much darker color than my hair then just left the color on for approx. 15-20 minutes when I know for a fact the minimum amount of time would be 35 minutes (that she had always done before.) Yolanda & the owner have compromised the good standing of the business by not taking responsibility for what was done. I'm not surprised the salon didn't respond to the Revdex.com, the owner wouldn't return my call either.
