I am rejecting this response because:First of all I was promised a delivery date of weeks after paying for the orderI paid on 09/so we expected the items by end of SeptemberSEBCO never reached out to us, they ignored us and only called us back on 10/after I had filed a complaints with the Revdex.com and my bank to request a refundAttached you can find the email and phone call correspondence. If you notice all the calls are outgoing and there are about ignored emails . At that point (10/11) it was too late, we had purchased machines from a local vendorWe just want our money back because of their inability to meet the delivery and unresponsiveness.

I am rejecting this response because:
The second $20 bill was not "crumpled", it is torn and unusable, which I made clear every single time I called, and in my complaint to the Revdex.com. I still have the bill, and a video I made with my phone showing the bill stuck in the machine and then coming out of the machine all torn up. Sebco is misrepresenting what happened to avoid refunding the money that I lost due to their malfunctioning machine.

We received a call on the morning of February 11, 2015 from [redacted] stating she tried to add $20.00 to her Laundry Money Card and lost $40.00. She explained she inserted her money card into the Add Value Machine, then inserted a $20.00 bill and the machine took the $20.00 bill but the money...

did not register onto her card. She further stated a second attempt crumpled a second $20.00 bill, returned the bill but still did not register any money to her card. WE dispatched our service technician the next day and found the machine to be in good working order. We processed a refund check for $20.00 as a Customer Accommodation based on her word the original transaction failed. We did not refund the second $20.00 transaction due to the fact she still had the crumpled  $20.00 bill. If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
