I thought Lebanon lawn and landscaping was a reputable company, but I found out differently I had Zach come to my home to give me an estimate for landscaping and Pavers He said it would take about a week A week went by and no quote A second week went by and no quote I began calling and kept getting a voice mail I left or messages to return my call and no one ever did The worst part was I lost time trying to find another company waiting for Zach to get me something, now the earliest I can get someone to my home to do the work is the first part of June If you can not handle the business at least have the courtesy to return the call and tell me you can not do it Instead they solve their problems by not calling the customer back I had neighbors that were interested, but now I have told them to look else where Poor customer service
I have never experienced a business in my Life that is so incredibly difficult to reach, other than the office worker, who has no authority They have an admin person in the office only three days a week, the owner seems to read his email quite infrequently and if he does it takes weeks, and he never calls you back yet, the work crew still showed up to mow our yard, with absolutely no knowledge of the instructions that I gave I was out of town for two months, and had it set up for them to mow our yard Due to an injury I suffered, I ended up letting them do it all summer They mowed my yard with their two ton machines, two at a time, every Tuesday, rain or shineThere are ruts in my entire acre front yard that will probably be there for years because they didn't care enough about the consumers property to not mow the yard in the rain, and in the exact same tracks every time I had specifically instructed in email, that the ditch area not be mowed with their heavy equipment
Their level of lawn maintenance has greatly declined I hired Zach to install a new lawn around our home The result after many weeks and a cost of $2600, is a spotty lawn with huge patches of dirt He wanted more money to fix the problem After several emails and no response, I gave up
