We bought a vehicle from [redacted] the owner he told us no worries the vehicle is in top shop has a newer transmission good brakes an he even replaced the tires before we drove it off the lotThen weeks later the transmission started acting up [redacted] had told us we had a mile warranty or month we we were still in the warranty phase when we called then [redacted] said he was gonna come pick up the vehicle an take it an have the transmission issue fixed yet when we went to get it back he says to us sorry I drive the vehicle out if the warranty mile range so now I cant fix it for you its your issue to fix

On 12-13-I purchased Chrysler Town & County from this company The cost was $down with a balance owed of two payments of $ It was purchased as is with a verbal agreement it would last days They replaced the spark plugs ON 12-14-the engine is knocking and I have found out their is no lid on the radiator, rods are knocking, water and exhaust leak and metal shavings in the oil I called him and asked to return the car and he hung up on me I also asked for a refund and he said no and hung up again

Review: On March 2, 2013 I purchased a 2002 Chevy Maliboo from [redacted] at 2nd chance auto. He said he needed to replace the ignition switch, put 4 new tires on, and an oil change and would have it to me at the end of the week. The week passed and I did not hear from him, so I called him. In the end it took me 2 weeks to get this car. Once I picked it up he told me he would call me within the week to pick a day he can take the car to get inspected. He never called me and my inspection runs out this month, may. Also when I picked up my car the check engine light was not on and the day after I picked the car up my check engine light came on. So I was going to take it into my own hands to get the car inspected. In the passed week I have spent almost a hundred on parts for my car so it can pass inspection. I changed the coolant thermostat, oil pressure switch, and the oxygen sensor. We then reset the codes, and my check engine light has came back on. I called [redacted] on May 12, 2013 after I replaced those three things and he told me he would pay for the inspection, it is now May 16, 2013 and I have yet to hear from him.Desired Settlement: Fix what is wrong with the car and cover inspection
