To Whom It May Concern:This letter is in response to the written complaint you have received from [redacted] .I would first like to share that we have been an accredited business since We also have an A+ rating with the Revdex.com and currently have zero complaints to dateI would like you to see that this is the true representation of our company[redacted] called on June 29th, requesting service at his three story commercial building located on [redacted] for multiple units not drainingA written contract between [redacted] and Anthony’s Plumbing, Inc.authorizing the service for the amount of $was personally signed by [redacted] himself before work began.During the course of work multiple problems came to surface resulting in returning to [redacted] and his property manager for additional approvalsOur professional recommendations were not implemented at the customer’s request however different methods in which [redacted] requests were attempted in order to try and bring relief to the buildingWe invested over hour attempting methods [redacted] requested with no success and our professional advice on the next step of the process to have things corrected properly was never acknowledged.After returning the next day, our two technicians made yet another attempt to try [redacted] direction in cleaning his drain and again the outcome did not change(Please see attached pictures) At this time we attempted to reach [redacted] for further authorization to continue with the next proper step and were unable to reach himWe processed a payment with the credit card provided by [redacted] for the amount of $(Please see attached invoice) We made every authorized attempt to resolve the issue and at no time did we take [redacted] credit card and walk awayWe charged [redacted] accordingly for services rendered at the property in question based off [redacted] requestPlease see attached invoice showing two different signatures and initials all done at different times in the course of work at the propertyThe information provided will show that we kept in contact with the customer throughout the course of work[redacted] Drain Cleaning was also a company called out to the propertyHe recalls the property and happen to have had the same experience with [redacted] causing him to refuse further service at the property in questionHe would be happy to discuss his experience with you if you have any questions[redacted] Drain Cleaning [redacted] I have also attached four recorded calls displaying [redacted] unprofessional behavior when contacting the officeUnfortunately the cell phone conversations could not be recorded and I am not able to show the additional attempts made to work with [redacted] .I will not allow my employees to be mistreated with verbal abuse by any customer which includes [redacted] I will also not accept the ongoing threats [redacted] has made towards our company therefore we will not be refunding any payment collected for services rendered.We hope that the Revdex.com and its customers see this complaint filed against Anthony’s Plumbing, Incfor what it truly is, a customer wanting to get free service to maintain his commercial property functioningThe building does need maintenance in order to run properly and will not be done for free or in a hostile environment.In addition, [redacted] also disputed the charges with his credit card company and after providing them with a copy of the contact signed, his claim was denied.Included are several attachments to this emailThere are four phone call recordings with [redacted] in no specific order, two pictures of the technicians working on the problem in question, a copy of the invoice showing multiples signatures by [redacted] and a copy of the credit card receipt showing the payment amount we processedWe strive to always provide the best quality, value and service to meet our customers’ needs as our current record shows contrary to [redacted] inaccurateaccusationsI would like to thank you for taking the time to read this and we hope that one customer’s animosity does not affect nine years of quality service we have provided our customers

To whom this may concern: This letter is in response to the complaint regarding *** ***,complaint #***in the recent written statement *** writes that we only producedvoice recordings of his attempt to get monies back for work he claimsto not have received. I feel that we gave more than that, we sent an email including awritten statement response ,multiple hostile recorded calls from*** full of threats to our company,as well as sending pictures of the menworking on site if those were not in the last email feel free to letme know and we will again send them.In our last letter I believe we explained our side of the story aswell as possible and showed why there would be no refund. But I am open to review anything brought up that may reflect in somesort of fictitious documents, so correction of the problem can be swift. At this point I have heard from both techs *** and *** aboutthere side of the story as well as reading there invoice, I have alsotalked personally with *** and listened to his explicit phone callswith the girls in the office, with all that in mind I still to thispoint have not found anything fictitious or any wrong doing by us,that would warrant any refund of payment made by ***. *** writes in his last response that he has proof of a fictitiousdocument that we provided to him, I defiantly would like to see a copyof that because I am unaware of any such fictitious document , theonly document I have in my possession is the one signed by both ourtech as well as *** him self. I would also like to have copies of the paper work and of theinvoices were he claims that another company cleared the line threwthe same access as us , I do understand from a conversation with himthat another company dug up the yard area to access his clean outs oneof the things we recommend to him, that he refused to allow us to do.these companies I'am sure went a different route to solve the problem.we were limited to try the things that *** would allow us to do atthat time. The services we did provide were done at his and his maintenance mansrequest, those request were given to us by them. when recommendations of having the main line located and clean outsinstalled or found, we were denied that approval and meet with moreideas of how they wanted us to attempt to clear the line all of whichwere attempted like running the line threw a floor sink out side see this imagein the picture, or running the line threw a toilet flange in a unit,or trying a longer machine in a hall way access.. if were not authorized to do what is recommend but you insisted ontrying other things that's all we can doPayment for those services orattempts and man hours on the job have to be and will be paid for bythe customer.I don't need the paper work from environmental services or the costof clean up do to his sewer blockage, the picture we provided showsclearly the guys were working in sewage, proving multiple things onewe were working on site and did provide service, two that there wasalready a stoppage atthe property,three the stoppage being the cause of the sewer overflowingthrew out the propertyThis will happen in a large commercial buildingthat is stopped up and the building continues to be used by itsoccupants.Ill be more than willing to look over any and all documents provided,thank you in advance for your cooperation we appreciate the positive environment providedto settle this matter.sincerely *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
the merchant is playing his games with u and I all over again... All he provides is recorded conversations of my  my attempts to resolve dispute and he provides no relevant material to such... He has given me runaround and provides no avenue for resolution other than to rip me off for work he never did... I will forward over copy of fictitious invoice provided by merchant which clearly states in his own technician writing that he didn't get sewer drain unclogged to the degree that the city of Phoenix environmental services got involved and requested that we get a licensed plumber to fix issue... We did do so and paid for that services to also include cleanup of grounds surrounding that's sewer backup feces etc.... Can you provide me address as to where to mail these pertinent documents which reveals that merchants unethical and impractical billing and business practices.. I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you in advance for your valuable assistance.. I will admit that I have and still am frustrated with merchant and his practices to deceive..sincerely, Ken salman

A written contract between [redacted] and Anthony’s Plumbing, Inc.authorizing the service for the amount of $473.50 was personally signed by [redacted] himself before work began.During the course of work multiple problems came to surface resulting in returning to [redacted] and his property manager for additional approvals. Our professional recommendations were not implemented at the customer’s request however different methods in which [redacted] requests were attempted in order to try and bring relief to the building. We invested over 7.5 hour attempting methods [redacted] requested with no success and our professional advice on the next step of the process to have things corrected properly was never acknowledged.After returning the next day, our two technicians made yet another attempt to try [redacted] direction in cleaning his drain and again the outcome did not change. (Please see attached pictures) At this time we attempted to reach [redacted] for further authorization to continue with the next proper step and were unable to reach him. We processed a payment with the credit card provided by [redacted] for the amount of $178.00. (Please see attached invoice) We made every authorized attempt to resolve the issue and at no time did we take [redacted] credit card and walk away.
