Second Chance Rentals

Went to angeny on 7-22-14 to see about renting a studio. They told me the studio was not quite ready and would not be til the first and that it would be $400 to move in so I said ok I will be in to pay my deposit. When I went in to my appointment on 7-22 I informed them I was receiving ssdi due to severe hearing and being disabled. When I returned on 8-1-14 I was informed the unit had been rented out and that no more were available ??. I feel they did this to me because I get a check every month and are disabled.
