I had a terrible experience with this "company". I bought a used fridge here in October 2016 and it doesn't work. They told me at the time of purchase that it would not have a warranty. I said to them, well what if I take it home and it doesn't work? They said they would make it right if that were the case, but they assured me the fridge worked at the time. Took it home, it completely quit working after one day. I called them and they told me they would not come out to look at it, and it's not covered under warranty. I should clarify by saying that the freezer part works great, and they demonstrated this to me at their shop by putting a water bottle in the freezer, which froze solid. However, the fridge part doesn't work at all (it's sitting at about 60 degrees, even on the coldest setting, ruining all my groceries) and I feel like they were very misleading by showing me how great the freezer was, without telling me the fridge didn't work. I have a hard time believing they, as appliance repairmen, didn't realize the fridge temp was twice as high as it should be. Furthermore, they should have come and made it right, as they said they would at the time of purchase. This seems to be a family operation and the son was very helpful, but his dad - not so much. It was the father who told his son he couldn't come out to help us with the repair. He even made us load the fridge onto our truck ourselves when we showed up to pick it up. AND he promised us a receipt when we came to pick it up, but never gave us one. The receipt issue only became a problem, because he started lying and claiming that we never did business with him...

I left a negative review on a couple of websites detailing my experience with this company. Since then, the owner of the business has continuously harassed me on Facebook and through other means to try to make me delete my honest review. He has sent me messages from multiple Facebook accounts, calling me names and threatening me to remove the reviews "or else."

Before my review, he did not have any reviews on Facebook. After seeing my negative review, he got several of his friends to write fake reviews on his Facebook. Some of those profiles that wrote "great reviews" were the same profiles that the owner was using to harass me with.

Furthermore, the owner contacted Porch.com (where I left the review) and told them that he had never done business with me and I was making the whole thing up. Now I understand why he didn't give me a receipt for the fridge that he knew didn't work. Luckily, I had screenshots of the multiple Facebook messages where he admitted that I did buy the fridge from him. (IT!!) So I was able to send those screenshots to Porch.com and have them keep my review there.

Instead of being a decent person and businessman by trying to fix the problem, Jack [redacted] proved that he is a [redacted] and scammer. I'm sure that his threats and scare tactics have worked in the past, but he chose to mess with the wrong person this time. Not only would I NEVER, EVER recommend this business to anyone, I am also filing complaints with other agencies.
