independent party.  This independent operator suddenly decided to operate the store under the brand “Kids Atelier” which has no connection whatsoever with our brand, and therefore ceased selling the Catimini-branded products.  Catimini was not informed of the status of any of the store credits relating to the Catimini merchandise that this operator’s store may have had.   The Catimini brand has always been known for the excellence of its Customer Service and Catimini will accept [redacted]’s return and provide her with a store credit which can be used on our website [redacted].  We suggest that [redacted] contact the Customer Service at ###-###-#### (M-F 9:00am-5:00pm) or [redacted] to quickly resolve this matter.   Again Catimini apologizes for this situation over which it did not have any control. Best regards,
