I engaged Second generation exteriors to do the repair work on my hail damaged home in November 2016.Their file number is *** ***, representative from business had a meeting with me and promised to proceed with repair worksThen they resubmitted the claim to insurance mentioning that the matching siding is not available, to which insurance declined their claim on *** So they were supposed to proceed with their original plan of replacing the entire siding on the back of the house where major damage is and replace the roofing as per their quote
I tried calling on the contact number on the website as well as the number on business contact but no responseIt is already more than months since the insurance finalized their decision
I am now just wondering if this business exist or notAnd if not then what would be my possible line
The company has failed to complete the job they were contracted to do and have already received payment in full We would like the job to be complete
My wife and I had contracted Second Generation to install Celect Siding on our house The intitial install went very well and the crew on location was great to deal with *** was however very uncommunicative about the entire process and part of the installation called for special plate fixtures to be ordered and installed around the electrical and water fixtures We were informed several weeks ago that the ordered fixtures had arrived and that we would be scheduled to have them installed Despite our efforts to inquire no information has been returned The scheduled date has come and gone and all of our attempts to contact *** have resulted in only one message saying that we would get everything installed Their delays have unfortunately disrupted a number of other operations (electrical mainly) with the house The intitial ins
