We received notification of the complaint filed against our company but it lacks information needed to identify a claim being handled by our company. There should be a file number associated with this loss which would relate to an accident or incident being handled by our office

I've gotten into contact with [redacted] regarding this complaint.  We both agreed that we should be getting into contact with the rental company the vehicle was rented from when the collision occurred and no further contact will be initiated with [redacted] going...

forward.  [redacted] was satisfied with my response and handling of the matter.

Review: Second Look, Inc is harassing me with letters requesting payment of a claim. I have asked their theory of liability and supporting documentation but they provide nothing but a letter demanding payment.Desired Settlement: I want a full release from claims from them, and the immediate cessation of harassing correspondence. Additionally, I request that the Revdex.com ensure that they do not negatively impact any credit associated with me.

Review: This company has been harassing me over the payment of an unverified claim. Additionally, the practices of this company is highly suspect given that they refuse to correspond via a traceable method such as e-mail, fax or traditional postal mail. They also have provided no evidence to support their claim. Given the suspect nature of this company, they may be perhaps involved in a insurance fraud scam.

Finally, their claims to me personally are completely unfounded. In other words, even if they have a claim, I am not the person or entity that they should pursue.Desired Settlement: I want a full release from claims from them, and the immediate cessation of harassing correspondence.
