First, I would like to clarify that the work was NOT to be performed by Second Nature Lawn Care, Inc. or under [redacted]. The work was...

to be performed by [redacted] by Second Nature Lawn Care, Inc. An individual corporation. I am extremely sorry [redacted] did not get his lights installed for his party. I had originally told him that we would be able to install his lights on Dec * or Dec [redacted] depending on the weather. Unfortunately, we had a snow storm and some rainy days that backed our schedule up to the point that we were unable to adhere to the projected installation date. I had crews working 7 days a week trying to get back on schedule with no luck. There was a message left for me on December[redacted] that I inadvertantly overlooked while returning phone calls. I did not realize this until December [redacted] when I went back thru my messages. However, I got the email from [redacted] on December [redacted] and I did respond to that email the same morning. In the email on December [redacted] I informed [redacted] about the schedule being 5 days behind due to the snow that we had gotten. I told him that I would not be able to get a crew to do the job before the weekend and we would no be able to install the lights until the following [redacted] or [redacted]. I asked in a follow up email on December[redacted] if he was ok with that schedule. His response was "it is what it is...." After the weekend, I had [redacted]'s job scheduled for [redacted], and as poor luck would continue, we had heavy rain and severe wind force us to cancel all jobs for that day. On [redacted] I received a voice message from [redacted] that [redacted] requested a return phone call. I called him and got his voicemail, I left a message stating that a crew was on the way to his house. I had a crew at his house and they told me the job had already been done. It wasn't until later that day that [redacted] informed me that he had hired another company and the job had been done. This is the first year in 10 years of decorating that we have had such weather issues that we were unable to get a client's lights installed in a timely manner. Again, I apologize for not being able to adhere to our projected schedule and although the job is done, and I cannot do anything other than apologize, I would like to make sure [redacted] knows that I am sorry for the inconvenience and that this was an unfortunate and isolated incident.

Review: I hired Second Nature Lawn Care (working under [redacted]) to do the lights on the tree outside my home. [redacted] came by 10 days later to see the space and write up the order on a contract. I was told that he was busy and would have his workers out by December * or [redacted] the latest. That was fine as my [redacted] birthday celebration was the following weekend, and that would be perfect. I left a message on the [redacted] and called again on the [redacted] as I had heard from no one and the woman in the office finally said I was not on the schedule. She would contact [redacted] and have him get in touch with me. Days later after emailing I got a response saying he nevr got the message and then his receptionist was mad because she did give hi the message. Finally he said they would be out the following [redacted] or [redacted], best he could do. I finally hired another company to do the lights and left him a message at work. Today [redacted], after he was supposed to do the install, I get a message that the guys are at my house or will be there shortly. I called the office again and left a message saying that the job was already done.

Either the office manager (since no one actually answers the phone) isn't giving him messages or he isn't watching his business. The end result, didn't have lights for my party but got them done by another company the day after. Beware of using this company if you have time sensitive concerns.@ndDesired Settlement: Hoping [redacted] and his company treat other customers better than I was treated by him and his staff.
