I followed the directions in the refund policy linked in my order confirmation. After emailing multiple times and providing links and screenshots, I'm now being told it was my responsibility to know that address on their website is wrong and that I will not be receiving a refund.
And they clearly realize they are the one that made the error, because if you go and look now, they have changed the page to a different address.
Return was never received.
As soon as we receive the item back to our location...we are happy to refund the purchase price less the 20% restocking fee as outlined on the website.
As described in the original complaint, I shipped the return to the address provided on the company website. It is not my fault they provided the wrong return address, I returned both leotards to the address that they had on their site. I no longer have them in my possession, as I tried to follow the company requirements and shipped them to the address provided.
Our office was not contacted to return the item...the correct return address would have been given. Nowhere on our website does it list a return address as we require anyone returning an item to contact us ahead of time. Like stated many times...as soon as the item is returned, we will be happy to generate a refund.
As included in the initial complaint, I did contact the company as required. Their website at the time did include a refund policy section that stated the address to ship the returned item to. As stated previously, I shipped the item to the address given on their website, so I cannot ship it to another address, as it was received at the address their website said to ship it to.
I have again included a pdf of the email correspondence, which also includes a screenshot of the refund policy section of their website that indicates the address returns are supposed to ship to. I have also attached the copies of the receipts and delivery confirmations.
