After personally inspecting and test driving the vehicle Mr. [redacted] purchased the vehicle on 08/19/16 for negotiated sale price of $3455.00...

on an "AS-IS, NO-WARRANTY" basis. Mr. [redacted] was informed at the time of sale that the vehicle would not come with a warranty since the vehicle was not purchased for the full asking price of $3800.00. Mr. [redacted] agreed that he is purchasing the car "AS-IS" and signed the "AS-IS" buyer's guide at the time of sale.
