Vehicle was initially advertised for a sale price of $with a 3- month warrantySale Price was lowered to $as part of our End-Of-Summer SaleAfter personally inspecting and test driving the vehicle Mr [redacted] purchased the vehicle on 08/19/for negotiated sale price of $ on an "AS-IS, NO-WARRANTY" basisMr [redacted] was informed at the time of sale that the vehicle would not come with a warranty since the vehicle was not purchased for the full asking price of $Mr [redacted] agreed that he is purchasing the car "AS-IS" and signed the "AS-IS" buyer's guide at the time of saleThe vehicle was inspected and Mr [redacted] was given the inspection reports with the vehicle at the time of saleThe headlights were working properly prior to the time of the saleMr [redacted] initially contacted Second Street MotorSports claiming that he was having an issue with one headlight turning off randomly, where he was then instructed to bring the car back so we could look at the vehicle, at which point Mr [redacted] said that he would attempt to fix the issue on his own until he had time in his schedule to return to Second Street MotorSportsMr [redacted] then contacted Second Street MotorSports claiming that he had spoken to the Volkswagen Dealership and found out that the headlights for the vehicle had an open recallAny open recalls can be fixed at NO Cost to Mr [redacted] by the manufacturerSoon after, Mr [redacted] began to threaten Second Street MotorSports with lawsuits even though he was told to bring the vehicle back to Second Street MotorSports for diagnosis
Vehicle was initially advertised for a sale price of $5500.00 with a 3- month warranty. Sale Price was lowered to $3800.00 as part of our End-Of-Summer Sale. After personally inspecting and test driving the vehicle Mr. [redacted] purchased the vehicle on 08/19/16 for negotiated sale price of $3455.00...
on an "AS-IS, NO-WARRANTY" basis. Mr. [redacted] was informed at the time of sale that the vehicle would not come with a warranty since the vehicle was not purchased for the full asking price of $3800.00.
