Second To None Services

Review: To whom it may concern;[redacted] the owner of Second to None Services promised to fix my credit card issues and negotiate settlements on all of them. In over one year he has negotiated a total of zero. He agreed to return my money in August of 2012. He has been promising to return the money ( a check was sent to his company in the amount of $1,750.00 in March of 2012). Since then we have been communicating and he states he sent the money through mail etc... on going since December that I fall for it every time. He agreed to fix my credit even after a full refund was suppose to arrive. I just stated that I would just rather hire someone else.To my knowledge he has not worked on my case and just stole my money. I have no proof from him or creditors that they spoke to him at all. I have texts from him and emails stating purpose and agreement of refund and contditions and dates he was suppose to send my full refund.Please help me from the fraudulence this man has committed.Desired Settlement: I just want my money refunded and a letter written to my creditors showing/proving that I paid a company to resolve the issues and that I was taken advantage of by Second To None Services.

Review: It is in regards to helping me with my loans modification and paid $1000 to help me with it. He was unsuccessful request my money refund to me and he agreed but he gives me the round around and with excuses and dosent return my calls or calls me to let me know hes returing my money. I paid him for s service he was not able to do. I am a single parent and need my money return. I was able to complete my loan modification myself.Desired Settlement: All I am asking for is my refund back of $1000.00, its alot of money for a service that he didnt do and just want it return to me.

Review: on 10/22/2012 my wife and I signed a contract paying a up front fee 1700.00 dollars for mortgage loan modification and credit card debt consolidation. after many months of nothing being accomplished and being told things where being takein care of. we finally ask for our money to be refunded on 1/28/2014 he keeps telling us that the check has been sent out we feel that we are getting the run around and would like this matter to end.Desired Settlement: would like moneys to be refunded and all personal papers to be returned so we can move on with our lifes
