Review: I received a notice that due to a class action lawsuit against [redacted] computer manufacturing company, I would be provided with a replacement computer (in place of an [redacted] computer purchased in the past). I went though the process of choosing a replacement reconditioned [redacted] tablet computer and it is defective. It will not stay connected to my wifi. I asked for instructions to return this product to choose another. This request was denied and the only recourse for me was to return it for repair. I asked them to send me the return label so I could return it for repair. I then was informed that it was still under manufacture's warranty. The expense of returning this worthless equipment would be at my personal expense. This is not acceptable to me.Desired Settlement: I would like to return this already-reconditioned unit to Secondipity Liquidity Services, Inc. in exchange for the reissuance of a new id and pass code so that I can choose a totally different product that will work (not a reconditioned, reconditioned nonworking [redacted] tablet.

Review: I purchased a hunter fan on oct 8th and recived it on the 11th, I started to install it on nov 5th and found out that the screw was stripped where the blade goes I contacted hunter fan since it said the fan was under warranty and they said that I had to pay 25.00 to get the parts I needed to fix it, so I contacted secondicity and they said they would refund me 25.00 for the parts I said that's fine. then hunter sent the parts on nov. 11 and they were the wrong part, so I contacted hunter fan again (and sent pics) and they said that the parts I needed could not be sent that I had to return the fan back to where I purchased it, so I contacted the company and they said that I was past the 30 day return policy and that they had sent me a 25.00 refund and that was all they were going to. I said I would send the 25.00 back to get a replacement fan and they said sorry there was nothing they going to do so that is why I am asking for your help. had I known the fan couldn't not be repaired I would of returned it but seems like I contacted them about the problem and was trying to fix it that the return policy should be extended I am not a repairman just someone who thought It would be easier to fix it instead of sending it back.Desired Settlement: I paid 79.99 for the fan so don't think because hunter misunderstood the parts I needed that I should be left with nothing the fan is not usable at all since I cant attach the blade to it. if they don't want to send a replacement fan then they can refund the rest of the money minus the 25.00 they refunded me, I have tried to be fair in by not sending it back and would of been happy if the 25.00 would of made the fan workable. but don't feel just because hunter fan made a mistake in what part I needed that I have to lose 54.99 hopefully they will send a replacement fan just as if I returned this one I will send this one back at my expense as well to be fair as well. since I should of returned it in the first place.

Review: Dear Revdex.com,

I ordered a monitor from this company in late August from www.emacahinesredeem.com. Upon arrival, we discovered it was missing part of the base assembly, so I contacted their customer service at [email protected] to request either 1) the missing part or 2) an exchange for a complete replacement if it was easier than replacing the missing part. I have been told for almost 2 months now that the missing part is not in stock, but they will ship when it arrives. Per my numerous requests, they have refused to provide a date when they expect the part to be in stock. My final request on Sept 30, 2013 was for them to provide return shipping labels so that I can just return the monitor, instead of waiting for an undisclosed amount of time. We've waited much too long and have been provided little information as to when the problem can be remedied. To date, they have not responded. I am unable to locate a phone number to speak to a live representative. Next, I attempted to contact the company's legal department (General Counsel), but the email address I was given was invalid, so I am reaching out to you, as I have a product that is sitting in the box, unable to be used, and I just want to return it for a refund. I can provide the complete email thread, documenting my attempts, if needed (contained too many characters to attach to this complaint). Thank you for any help you can provide.

Best regards, [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund or exchange of monitor

Review: I ordered and received an order confirmation on August 28th 2013 (Order # [redacted]) confirming my order for 4 items totaling $1074.96. This amount was payed for using three court ordered settlement certificates. The amount for these certificates was $365 each ($1095 total). I received no errors while placing the order, only an order confirmation thanking me for my order. On Sept 12th, 2013 I called in to Secondipity to check on my order. This was due to not being able to login due to receiving an error on the website stating there was an error with my user name (email address) or password. I was told by Secondipity customer service my order was cancelled due to an issue with the payment. I called [redacted] customer service (parent company of Secondipity) and was told in fact the issue was an item was sold prior to processing my order (even though I received an order confirmation confirming all 4 items) and that I needed to place a new order. I still could not access my account to place an order because of the login issue (error stated there was a problem with my user name or password). I emailed customer service are was told by [redacted] I needed to have a ticket submitted to [redacted] as Secondipity has no control over account or payment issues. After another email to [redacted] on Sept 27th 2013, she finally responded that [redacted] said my account was in a hold status and I should receive more information within 24 hours. After receiving no response, on Oct 7th, 2013 I emailed her asking for a status update. After again not getting a response, I emailed again on Oct 13th 2013 asking for a status update about my account. Still no response.Desired Settlement: I want the items I ordered and payed for using the court ordered settlement certificates. These items were: (1) Acer 15.6" Aspire Laptop 4GB 500GB [redacted] $409.99, (1) Acer Intel [redacted] 3GHz Desktop PC AME[redacted] $394.99, (1) Acer 23" LED Widescreen Monitor [redacted] BJObd $109.99, (1) Acer Iconia Tablet with 16GB Memory 8[redacted] $159.99.

Review: I purchased a computer through Secondipity that turned out to have a defective hard drive. The defect did not occur until five days after the 90 warranty expired. I called Secondipity's warranty contractor [redacted] to see about what could be done. [redacted] was the most unhelpful "customer service" line I had ever spoken with. One agent finally seemed like he would help, however he lied to me to get me off the phone, promising to call me back, and I never heard from him again. Finally, I did reach a supervisor, but he stated he did not care that the warranty expired only five days before and finally hung up on me.Desired Settlement: I don't really expect anything to come of this (though if they would replace the defective computer they sent me, it would be nice.) I just want people to know of the shoddy operation they have so some other innocent computer purchaser does not go through the same ordeal that I have.

Review: I placed an order on 9/12/14 and never received a confirmation email. I did, however, see a pending charge on my credit card. The charge disappeared a few days later, and the purchase no longer appears on my purchase history. I called customer service and they said they have no record of the purchase. The item is no longer available for purchase. It appears that Secondipity is advertising products that are not actually available for sale. Note: Secondipity is also an [redacted] seller. I will be contacting [redacted] as well.
