We are aware of Mr [redacted] ’s complaint with his 1025R FILB and mower deck We have had a chance to review both our sales process as well as ***’s actions following the transaction and how he handled Mr [redacted] ’s issues To give you some insight into our sales process and some of the options provided to our customers Our salesman strive to gather as much information about the customer, their experience levels, intended use, topography, etc This will help us to make an educated suggestion of what that customer needs based off of that customer’s feedback We then make that suggestion and try to offer each customer the opportunity to DEMO the machine while on our lotThis allows these customers to get a ‘feel’ for how the machine handles and operates [redacted] is one of our more mechanically inclined salesman and he enjoys showing customers the ease of operation of our machines The 1025R FILB is one of his favorites and he jumps at every opportunity to demonstrate these machines He did show Mr [redacted] how to detach each attachment and even offered Mr [redacted] the opportunity to drive the machine on our lotMr [redacted] declined that offer.Upon receiving the initial complaint, [redacted] worked directly with our Service Manager [redacted] to ensure that the machine was functioning properly They determined that it was operating as designed and followed up with Mr [redacted] with that information [redacted] then spoke with Mr [redacted] several times over the next few days to look at potential options to get Mr [redacted] into a higher horsepower machine In most instances, anytime you move up in horsepower, the cost of that machine does go up In spite of that, Mr [redacted] was open to those options initially Suddenly, he broke all contact with Meade Tractor Despite several attempts made by [redacted] to contact him and several voice messages, [redacted] didn’t hear from Mr [redacted] Then out of the blue, he contacted [redacted] to inform him that he had sought out legal counsel in this matter because we were trying to take advantage of him [redacted] and I then tried unsuccessfully to reach out to Mr [redacted] multiple times to see how we can resolve this issue To our knowledge, he has not returned the first phone call since he last spoke with [redacted] advising him that he had a lawyer.It is Meade Tractor’s goal to achieve 100% customer satisfaction and we believe that honesty and integrity are the foundation of that goal We will certainly do everything within our power to get resolve Mr [redacted] ’s issues, however, if there is no communication back to Meade Tractor on Mr [redacted] ’s behalf, I don’t see us making any progress to those ends.Please feel free to contact me directly with any questions about this situation ( [redacted] - cell) In an effort to keep this response brief, I did leave out some facts that might help to paint a clearer picture of this whole situation from start to finish.Thanks again for your inquiry and time.Sincerely, [redacted]

They say I didn't contact them back is , *** called me a few times in a few hours time period & left me a message to call him I was up on a roof working & didn't get the message until I came off the roof & when I received the message I called him back & it was the same thing saying I had too take the mower or take a big lose & trade in for a bigger mower That's when I said I would not pay $23,for a machine that I could not use & that I would contact a lawyer & go to court over it , Then he said he would be contacting me one more time after he talked to his superiors & I never heard back from him period I have called John Deere multiple times & John Deere financial they all said they hated that I was having so bad of a time with the dealer , they all understood that you don't want too purchase something that you can't use , but they said it was the dealer But *** said it was Deere & they said no it was the dealer As far as him removing any implements & showing me how is , he told me how , but taking off the implements back tracks the purpose of them being there for counter weights ? that was the whole point , he recommended them for the hills as counter weights & said you can swing the boom up hills for stability , but that makes the machine to slow I never received Warranty infoor return policy with my contract When I talked to *** on Saturday morning & told him I was bringing it back he didn't say nothing about not being able to return it I would have bought another mower from them but not after they wanted me too take a beating on the first one & would not recommend anyone else to them I called this *** fellow at *** & left him a message & he hasn't returned my call as of now .
