Secrete's return "policy" was NOT posted anywhere in the placed listed above as required and the store was (is) therefore in violation of Maryland law Moreover, as stated in my complaint, since I could not be sure that my wife would like the earrings I purchased for her as a birthday present, I had made this clear to MrA [redacted] before I purchased them on June 17, and asked him if, in that case, I could return them for a full refund, to which he agreed I would not have made this purchase for $1,just on the chance that my wife would like this particular gift without making sure that I could return it for a full refund That stands to reason. In light of this information and having reviewed all [redacted] reviews on this store (including about that do not immediately pop up), I must conclude that it cannot reasonably be considered a respectable business and would warrant deeper investigation, beyond just my case alone, by the Revdex.com.Thank you for your attention I would still appreciate discussing this matter with you on the phone My telephone number is: ###-###-####.With all good wishes[redacted]

----------From: [redacted]<[redacted]>Date: Mon, Jul 13, 2015 at 3:42 PMSubject: Your Voice Mail Today re My Case #[redacted]To: [redacted]Dear Ms. [redacted],Thank you for returning my call earlier today and leaving a voice mail with your contact information.  I did indeed want to add information to my complaint against Secrete Fine Jewelry.  Attached is a self-explanatory Note for the Record showing that the store's owner who sold the ruby earrings to me, Mr. Eliyahu A[redacted], is unwilling to discuss the matter with me as any respectable store manager or owner would do.Further, I looked up applicable Maryland law and found the following text on the Attorney General's website under Frequently Asked Questions:  "Under Maryland law, stores must post their return policies on the wall, on the merchandise, or on your receipt  ... If the policy isn't posted, the store must accept returned merchandise within a reasonable time period."  Secrete's return "policy" was NOT posted anywhere in the placed listed above as required and the store was (is) therefore in violation of Maryland law.  Moreover, as stated in my complaint, since I could not be sure that my wife would like the earrings I purchased for her as a birthday present, I had made this clear to Mr. A[redacted] before I purchased them on June 17, 2015 and asked him if, in that case, I could return them for a full refund, to which he agreed.  I would not have made this purchase for $1,166.00 just on the chance that my wife would like this particular gift without making sure that I could return it for a full refund.  That stands to reason. In light of this information and having reviewed all [redacted] reviews on this store (including about 16 that do not immediately pop up), I must conclude that it cannot reasonably be considered a respectable business and would warrant deeper investigation, beyond just my case alone, by the Revdex.com.Thank you for your attention.  I would still appreciate discussing this matter with you on the phone.  My telephone number is: ###-###-####.With all good wishes.[redacted]
