I ordered a professional wrist compression strap on the 8th of january and on the 17th of january I recieved it. It has been a great addition to my work out routine

The email the customer received was sent in error by our automated email system, and a follow-up email that annulled the first email was sent almost immediately.
This is not a review based on the experience of a customer who bought and paid for an item from us, thus, it should NOT be posted here by the Revdex.com, as the order in question was a draft and not an actual order.
I bought a FiiO BTR3 HiFi Bluetooth receiver & USB DAC on the 9th of October, 2019. It said 2-5 days for handling, shipping and delivery, but I received my order on the 11th of October, 2019, and it was exactly as described. Now, that is what I call efficiency. I already bookmarked the website in my favourites. Definitely going back again and again.... :)

1) I ordered a *** tablet advertised for $109.28.
2) When I hit order the price jumped to $239.28.
3) When I called them they said the price had changed in the 30 seconds it took to hit enter.
4) I demanded they honor the original price. After a lot of back and forth they said OK but the tablet will be used. Nowhere did their ad say used, reconditioned, etc ...
5)I realized I should not be doing business with them at any price and directed the order be cancelled.
6) The service? Rep. was loud, fast talking and abusive. It took over 2 minutes for him to notice that I had stopped listening to him ramble.
7) I have PDFs to document all of the above.
1. The customer placed a purchase while a subscribed vendor was updating his selling price, thus, the automatic update of the buyer's item occurred.
2. As a result of this error, the buyer's credit card was not charged but only authorized, and the order was automatically placed on hold.
2. The customer requested the order canceled, and the order was canceled as per his request.
3. Following very high ethical principles which guide us, everything was done to resolve the issue instantly, and it was unfortunate that the vendor/seller refused to honor the order under such circumstance.
4. With the buyer's credit card never charged, and his order cancelled instantly as per his advise, we consider the issue resolved, where we have already implemented intelligent A.I to curb such issues in the future. In the future, buyers would be unable to buy an item while the seller/vendor is updating an item price, as automatically not charging the credit card seems not to be sufficient.
