In response to the stated concern Securacell, has provided cord blood banking and storage since As aprivately owned and operated company, Securacell has always been committed to the highest standards ofcustomer service and more importantly, we are partnered with a laboratory and long term storage company, [redacted] ***., which provides quality processing and storage at impeccable standards for our clients.Per our records, the client had made one previous request to tour the laboratoryAugust 1, 2012, a Securacellnurse returned a phone call to client and left a voice mail regarding questions the client had about a tour ofthe laboratoryWe did not receive a response to this contact.On March 24, 2017, the client contacted Securacell via online chatThe transcript of the conversation has beenpreserved part of the clients recordDuring the chat, the client asked about a tour and the registered nursecommunicating with the client stated she would speak with the laboratory to see what options there were forthe client requestOn, April 14, 2017, the same nurse spoke with the client on the phone to let him know thelab was in the process of renovations and we would be able to have visitors in MayThe client asked the nursefor specific dates he could visit, and our nurse said she would get back with himOn April 21, 2017, the nurseconfirmed dates with the labBased on the clients request to be emailed and not called for futurecommunications, on April 22, 2017, the nurse emailed the client and stated he could visit anytime in June as hisschedule allowedDue to the notification by the Revdex.com of the client’s concerns, on April 23, 2017, the nurse resentan email marked “high importance” to the client with “delivery receipt” and “read receipt” requested to confirmthe client was in receipt of the communicationsAs of April 24, @ 3:40pm, we have not had a responseback from the client.Securacell is happy to have any of our clients tour the laboratory to assure them that their child’s storedsamples are secure
