I purchased an Epic bed frame. The instructions were confusing and occasionally just wrong. The parts were mislabeled (which made for a more difficult and (almost) incorrect assembly process). I followed the (bad) directions EXACTLY, even using a mallet and piece of wood (provided). The piece of wood split in two places. None of the pieces fit together well, so there are gaps and the entire thing is slightly lopsided and generally cheap-looking. Extremely upset.
