We received a Revdex.com complaint notification email today. I called the customer referenced and spoke with *** today at 11:25am.

I reviewed with the customer our phone system features and noted all calls are logged, and voice messages are left on the voice mailbox they select. In
addition, ALL messages left in our voicemail system are consolidated and stored in a
single location within *** for backup and future review.

After referencing our backup, we discovered 2 messages left from Mr., both on Feb 3, 2020. One at 10:55am on our service department voicemail, and one at 6:16pm on our general company mailbox. Our service department returned his call on Feb 5th at 1:31pm and left a message to call
our office to schedule service. No reply received following our message.

The ***'s have 7 months
remaining on their security contract. When speaking with Ms. today, I asked if there is anything we can do to
retain them as a client. We will replace the battery they referenced free of charge. She said they would just like to cancel service. I offered
a discount to Mrs. for the remainder on their contract. She said to
invoice them for the full remaining balance. I emailed her the invoice today, and I informed her I would
mail a hard copy tomorrow as well.

We will terminate their service upon receipt of
their balance of contract.
