Requested a quote for a shipment last week on WednesdayThe item had to be shipped by Friday, at the latest, and delivered in 2-daysSecure Auto Shipping were very efficient, professional, timely and generous from the moment of requesting a quote to the minute the item was deliveredI highly recommend everyone to use this method of shipping their items! Their prices cannot be compared to anyone else's and they were just the right company I was looking for! The service started off good but after month of having my info with no contact and now within the time frame it needed to get picked problems startedFirst they shifted blame to the route, saying it was to far from major freewaysI don't understand how this was any different from when I booked with them, the roads did not moveSo they asked if I could meet in another areaI was okay with thisthen the blame shifted to me not being priced high enoughAgain they had my info for over a month nothing changed but what they could provideasily So after a month of waiting I was priced significantly higher and had to drive out of townStill I was trying to work with themI thought now we must get a driverSo within days of last date it could get picked up I started calling to see if we have a driverThey said they had two lined up that might get itThen they stopped answering my callsI had to block my number from showing then low and behold they answered right awayAgain I was told they had two possible trucksI should have gave up then but I did notSo for three days I kept being told there where multiple possibilities with drivers then nothingThey did not reach out to me once in the over month of them having the infoI had to call them for any updates info and thenot got nothing but bsMy husband is in the military and we have only a certain time frame to move plus we sold our houseIf we stuck with these guys I would be stuck in a hotel without my husband and would have to get cross country, literally coast to coast, on my own dimeThis is ridiculous over one month of silence then changes then liesDo not use these companyEverThey don't uphold there end and shift the blame from themselves, they also don't do any follow-ups and refuse to take your callDon't do it to yourselfGo else where

Like most people, I was super worried shipping my car cross country. Secure Auto Shipping did a great job in finding me a carrier immediately! They answered all my questions and even followed up with me when I was considering different brokers. I ultimately went with them because they found me a carrier that was the perfect fit! The carrier United Transportation was amazing!!!! So friendly, kept me updated, and even picked me up to take me to my car. Truly had a great experience and will use both of these services again.
Ross A called me and made the arrangements to transport my son's car from TX to CA. I paid Ross $200. He chose Nick R as the driver. Nick was professional, kept me updated and got the car to CA a day earlier than expected. I paid Nick $525 by a cashier check. Though I didn't personally meet either person, I would highly recommend both of them. We did not have any hiccups through the process and they were awesome. [redacted] 5 stars
The driver from Secure Auto was professional and courteous. I had a sports car delivered to Mississippi from California. The driver picked up as promised and delivered on time. Once agreement was reached, a driver was confirmed within a reasonable amount of time.
Chris N. was very professional. He helped me get my BMW picked up quickly and shipped to Colorado in a reasonable amount of time. I was able to speak to the driver and arrange a time that was convenient to me. I would recommend Secure Auto Shipping to anyone who needs to ship their car.
Provided a quote. Wanted a debit/credit card before even having a driver booked(no charges were applied but that makes me wonder why they needed it in the first place). I called back when my plans changed and decided to drive myself because it was cheaper. I spoke with [redacted] both times. After I said I wasn't in need of his services he told me "I didn't seem like the type of person to cancel the order" and immediately hung up. I never confirmed to any service agreement. I was told he was going to see what drivers were available and if they could pick my car up on the short notice. [redacted] also posted my information on a job board without ever getting my consent.
I used Secure Transport to transport an 73 FJ40 from Arizona to Miami. Every other company that had contacted me prior gave excuses because of the location. Mike got me a price and got me my car home to Miami. I was able to contact him at all times and felt everything was taken care of. Thanks Mike.

Wow what an incredible company!!! I recently ran into a major jam where I needed my Tahoe moved from Phoenix, AZ to Shreveport, LA in less than 24 hours or else I was going to lose my vehicle. I gave Secure Auto Shipping a call because a friend of mine had used them about 3 months ago. This was my first time ever shipping a vehicle so naturally I was very nervous about this whole process. When I called them I spoke to one of there representatives James who was nothing less than a miracle worker. I explained my situation to him and he told me not to worry, that we would get the job done. Turns out he rerouted one of his drivers to get me picked up and to top it off he had my vehicle loaded on his truck in less than 5 hours. Everything went very smooth and most importantly the communication was great. I would strongly recommend using this company to anyone who needs to ship there vehicle.
