Secure Car Care
Ive been waiting for three weeks for a call back. The mechanic put a claim in and has been calling non stop. No response. I've spent the past three weeks trying to contact someone in the claims department and the phone just has music play until it times out after about an hour. I should not have to work this hard to use a service Ive paid for. Looks like a scam company to me. Im paying the repairs now. Call me back! Mariela

Secure Care Care refused to issue a refund
Entered into a contract with Secure Car Care, based on a sales call. Was told I could look over the contract and call to cancel within 30 days. I did that but was told by the customer service rep that they couldn't cancel over the phone, that I had to fax a cancellation letter. They debited the first months premium from my bank. I faxed the cancellation letter. Prior to receiving a response from Secured to refund my first months premium, they debited the 2nd month premium. They owe me $250.76. I had to change my bank account number to get them to stop! Just want my money back! Terrible warranty and customer service! Buyer beware***Don't use this company!

We'have verified a full refund was issued by Secure Car Care back to [redacted]'s credit card
on October 1, 2014 in the amount of $321.00.

Review: I have purchased auto warranty from secure car care and I want to cancel my policy and get a full refund in my 30 days review and when I called them to cancel it they said I have to mail a letter stating that ,I sent it and its been more than 14 days and I haven't got my refund and when I called them to ask about my refund they said you should have it in next two weeks and when I ask for the refund receipt to be sent to my email they told we haven't process it yet beside they were very rudeDesired Settlement: I just want my refund and compensation for the delay ,have a good penalty to stop them from being careless to the customers
