Review: I schedule my OWN road test date June **,2014 but I didnt have a veichle to use I contacted the school where I booked their car for $85.00 on June **,2014, however on June **,2014 I could not take the day off so I called 24 hours before like the website said to cancel my road test they told me it was fine they would call with a reschedule date I continued to call the school to see any updates and nothing however going on the dmv website there was so many available appts but I couldnt book because I needed the use of the school's car. finally I had enough I called the school I spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] none of them were useful stated I need to give 2week notice to cancel but how I can I give 2 weeks notice when I schedule my own road test and I called the school june * a week before my schedule road test the website state 24hrs, my brother told me try to get an expidiate road test and he'll take me after weeks of trying to get this request nothing was resolved . Its now been a month with no road test date I understand it take 5 -6 weeks for a schedule road test but ive been waiting for a month and no date I no longer need their veichle I asked for an expidate road test which its within 10 days and nothing I asked for a refund and ill take my business elsewhere and I recieved a nasty attitude and [redacted] whose the [redacted] told me when he has time to find my reciept hell call me back I asked how long he stated he doesnt have time for me and hung up on me I dont think thats how you conduct businessDesired Settlement: I want a refund in a reasonable timely fashion being that I have to take my business elsewhere
