after speaking with Sam at Aztil this morning, he is attempting to help resolve my issue with the year old air handler that was installed by Aztil manufactured by RheemThe unit has rusted out from extreme condensation due to various factors which Rheem does not seem receptive aboutTherefore, Aztil is working with me to resolve this problem by supplying a new full size handler instead of the "short stack" that was originally installedSam is trying to work on a special pricing to me for the inconvenience and trouble I have gone through since this unit was installedI will post a follow up review to that outcome

we unfortunately have dealt with Aztil for too longThey installed a new system for us about years ago and we have complained about it from the very first time we had the unit serviced (which was months after the installation)The air handler was never properly installed in the attic and therefore prohibited service to be preformed properlyInstead of fixing the situation, that caused the system to build up condensation due to leaks around the air handler panels, they simply put silver tape around our brand new unit's seams...which only exacerbated the condensation problem which now caused extreme rust and mold buildupFinally after years of frustration, the now rusted coils sprung a leak and NOW, THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR A NEW AIR HANDLER INSTEAD OF MAKING GOOD ON THEIR MESS!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND HIRE ANYONE OTHER THAN AZTIL

My husband and I have a service contract with AztilOur year old Rheem A/C stopped working 03/Aztil replaced it with a new Rheem A/c unitWe bought the service warranty from Aztil to cover a/c plus appliancesOur A/C froze up on 7/23/A aztil service repairman said the evap coil was bad so they ordered the part*** form Aztil called when the part came in and said it would be $He put the blame on Rheem cofor the chargeI asked for rheem phone number and he said he didn't have itI insisted he give me their number The number he gave me was a non-working oneSo I found the Rheem corporate number and called to ask if the evap coil was covered under warrantyIt is! So I called Aztil back and asked what exactly my addtional service plan we purchased coveredHe said parts and laborWhen he asked for my address he knew I had talked to this *** yesterday which was sitting next to him and handed him the phone *** was irritated and said he explained all that to me yesterdayBut you see this *** kept changing his story around about what was and wasn't coveredHe told me I was getting a good deal because any other company it would have cost me more moneyMy whole argument is after just paying off a $4,A/C we just purchased 03/15/and paying another few hundred dollars for a additional service plan, why I was having to pay another $to have our month old A/C unit repairedWe are not rich people by any means and are both retired on disability so $has to come from bill moneyI would tell everyone to check this company out and any other a/c company before you deal with themI do believe Aztil cois taking advantage of people making you believe if you purchase their service plan that you have no worries

Secure Electric tackled a huge job at my house my bsmt was a mess! I had rewiring done in my bsmt with circuit breakers added and all outlets changed as well as moving and adding outlets in my kitchenThey did a great job in record timeI called them a few days later because I was unhappy with the color of the outlets in my kitchen and they came back and made it right! I am very happy with the work they did and would definitely call them again! Thanks Secure Electric for making my home safe!!

I had a freon leak and Annalese worked with us to get a timely repair and an agreed upon price. The technician, Everton, gave us a quick fix that kept us cool through a very hot and stormy night and returned the next morning as Annalese promised he would to make the repair right. I am confident that they will stand behind their work and be here for us if we experience any problems.

Aztil has installed three air-conditioning units in my home, one in August 2014 and two in April 2015. I have been a good customer, yet I am currently on DAY 3 awaiting a repair. Dealing with this company is incredibly frustrating. The dispatcher is rude and disorganized. The technicians vary widely in their capability (I have had three different men for this repair alone, a different one each day). Day 1, the problem was misdiagnosed. Day 2, the part was unavailable. Day 3, the technician was two hours late, and then said that it was a two person job. I have had approximately 6 contentious conversation with the dispatcher. At one point my paperwork was misplaced (by Aztil) and he claimed that they hadn't even installed the unit! I understand that parts aren't always in stock and that repairs aren't immediate. But Aztil air-conditioning is the most incompetent company that I have ever used.

We are very appreciative of Aztil's commitment to reliable service and positive relationships with their customers. Special thanks to Manny, Louis and Sam for helping us with an air conditioning issue. Their service is prompt and honest, which doesn't always seem to be the norm lately. We highly recommend this company and their air conditioning services and know that the consumer can rely on the best service a company can offer.

We had a very positive experience with this company. Quickly honored service contract and even made repair on item in house which was NOT covered. Very helpful and skilled technician. Would recommend highly.

In November of 2016 I really needed help with an issue I had with buying four new tires and one tire would not hold air. Within 1 week of buying the tires I had returned to the tire company several times for having flat and low tire problems but the tire company still would not replace the tire. Revdex.com helped me get this resolved in a satisfactory way. I had contacted the tire company's customer service department, but they were not interested in resolving the issue, and I didn't know what to do. My daughter suggested Revdex.com. I recently had a water leak over the holidays and I had company , I called Aztil and they came out the same day I called and fixed it . I would recommend them , they are a great company . thank you Aztil .

I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent service and George the Plumber was courteous and did a wonderful job, it was a pleasure having him in my home. The service I have been receiving from aztil has been A very good experience.

Follow up conclusion review:
As it turns out, Aztil did not resolve their incorrect installation of an air handler. They said that unless I had proof that they installed the unit incorrectly, they will not be responsible to fix or replace the mold and rusted unit...even though from the first maintenance (6 months after the newly installed unit) Aztil's own employees had to pry open the access panel to service the unit due to the support chains blocking the access to the panel. Even though Lazaro (Aztil's service person) WROTE on his report that he had to tape the access panel and tape the underside of the unit to BLOCK THE AIR leaks escaping into the attic...which caused the unit to rust and develop mold!! After 3 and 1/2 years of seriously complaining about their installation problems, the unit finally rusted through the coils. Again, even with a service contract, Aztil refused to acknowledge their poor workmanship. I eventually hired the RIGHT company and paid over $ 2,000.00 for a new air handler installed correctly

I love this company! Ever never met a more pleasant group of people that love their job. They came out to give my air conditioner a tuneup. An the Tech that came out explained everything. He was very thorough with the tuneup. He wasn't pushy, he just told me about what I needed to keep nut air conditioner up to par. I'm looking forward to my next appointment for ductwork.
