Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me, because it is obvious to me that nothing will changeWe still have not received our household goods and I still think Weleski has horrible customer service I would not mind so much that I do not have those things if I would have been kept informed throughout the process
Regards,
*** ***

A majority of the issues from the customer are correct;however there are some very important and pertinent points as it relates tothis shipment that have to be considered: 1.   This isrelocation for the U.S. Military.    Weleski Transfer does not "book" military...

moves; we onlyperform the packing, hauling and delivering. The move is "booked" by an approved military TransportationProvider (TSP).   In order to be approvedas a TSP, a moving company must have an approved military tariff on file withthe responsible transportation office that services the Member's base.   Weleski does not have an approved militarytariff with this transportation office ([redacted], consequently we only act asthe service provider for the company with the tariff--in this case that companyis: [redacted]2.   All militarypersonnel (Member) receive their order to relocate from their base or theirTransportation Officer (TSO).  Their basethen chooses a TSP ([redacted]) to handle all aspects of the move.  The TSP then chooses a Carrier (WeleskiTransfer) and offers us an opportunity to handle the relocation due to the factthat Weleski is a highly-graded service provider, located near the Member'sorigin address--in this case Portersville, PA.3.   Because June isthe busiest month of the year for ALL movers, we told [redacted] that wewould accept this job; BUT we may have a difficult time getting the shipmenttransported.  In fact, as early as June 1 we told ARPIN Weleski MAY NOT beable to get this Customer delivered to Rhode Island.3.    It is importantto remember that Weleski is not allowed to discuss dates of service with theMember as this correspondence all must come through the TSP that originally"booked" this move.     ([redacted]).    Inthis case, [redacted] agency set up dates for this shipment to beserviced.  It is the customary in thisindustry for us to receive a “Spread” of dates for servicing, which wedid.  We offered to service this Customeron the first 2 dates of the “spread”—but this customer was not amenable tothose dates.4.            When wewere told the Customer was not available on the dates we had availability, wecontacted [redacted] on JUNE 1 and toldthem we could not do this job, and asked them to locate another serviceprovider.  [redacted] then asked if we could at least go andpack the job and bring it back to our warehouse until they ([redacted] could findalternative transportation to Rhode Island. 5.            Therefore,in our opinion WELESKI TRANSFER strongly feels we have done everything we couldpossibly do, and have definitely done all that we told the Booking Agent, [redacted] that we would and could do.  Also, this complaint should be directedat the booker, [redacted], not atWeleski Transfer.  This beingsaid, Weleski is continuing our quest to get this shipment delivered to RhodeIsland and is exploring alternative modes of transportation to accomplish thistask.
