Please be advised that Secure Lending Incorporated uses a scrubbed list of telephone numbers, which list is not supposed to include any phone number which has been registered with the Do Not Call Registry.  On rare occasions, the scrubbed list will inadvertently include a Do Not Call...

number.  Upon being told that a number should not have been called, the number is immediately deleted from the company’s system and no further calls will be made to that number.  Additionally, even if a number is not on the Do Not Call Registry, if a resident asks for the number to be removed for any reason, that number is also immediately deleted from the system.    It has been confirmed that the phone number of Mr. [redacted] has been removed from the system.  The company takes the Do Not Call Registry very seriously and apologizes for any inadvertent calls.

To whom it may concern:It is quite easy to make "claims" amidst this process with your department.  Notwithstanding, the fact remains that the call was made, I was provided with a telephone number of a company employee to call back, the employee did call me back, and each call was INTRODUCED TO OUR WARNING about recording all calls, including the same warning when [redacted] left a follow up message on our service for me to follow up with her after the ROBO CALL.Regardless, as you will note, Secure Lending is doing everything in its power to avoid providing us (or your firm) with its agent for service.  Why?Secondly, once litigation has been initiated, a subpoena of all phone records, including for the number of which [redacted] called us from will reveal a great deal more than what Secure Lending is telling us.Therefore, Secure Lending's response is not adequate.  Therefore, if Secure Lending would prefer we escalate our complaint to the [redacted] and other agencies including those governing bank operations, we will be more than pleased to pursue that route instead. Respectfully,[redacted] cc:  Ms. [redacted]   Revdex.com:

Lenders calling me day and night about refinance. This one asks me my name and immediately hang up. They are definitely fishing for live people to sell to other companies. All day at work on my cell phone which I use for business. Guess who has to answer everything? I don't want to refinance. If I did, I could stick my leg out and trip a lender that isn't a call center in another state. Leave me alone.

Secure Lending Incorporated Response • Feb 21, 2018

Secure Lending Incorporated (“Company”) is a licensed mortgage loan correspondent in the State of MI. The company takes the Do Not Call Registry very seriously and makes every attempt to ensure compliance. The company uses a scrubbed list of names from a third party provider. The scrubbed list is not supposed to include any phone number which has been registered with the Do Not Call Registry. Additionally, the phone servicer software is supposed to block any Do Not Call registered phone number as well. If a Do Not Call number is inadvertently called or the recipient simply requests not to be called for any reason, that number is immediately deleted from the company’s system upon being so advised.
By way of reference, the Company is including its DO NOT CALL POLICY.

I have had the Company review its phone records regarding Mr. T ***. The phone records do indicate that one phone call was inadvertently made to Mr. Rs on January 29, 2018. As of today, February 21, 2018, the Company is immediately deleting Mr. Rs’ number from the Company’s system and it is being blocked as a do not call number.

If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Very truly yours,

Revdex.com:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The Do Not Call Registry is meant to prevent unwanted solicitation calls entirely, meaning I should not have been contacted in the first place. The onus is not on me to complain to get my information removed from the company's database, it is on the company to not call me at all. As I was already on the Do No Call Registry and I received a call from this company, I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trades Commission for the Do Not Call violation.I see plenty of Revdex.com complaints for this company regarding this exact issue. Perhaps they should stop relying on a third-party company that employs illegal tactics to make sales.
