We received an estimate for our complex to replace our air conditioning unitsPrior to beginning the project he required the down payment, for the new unitsHe started prior to Memorial Day weekend but didn't finish until the next weekThe day he completed the install he needed paymentWhich we paidThe air unit has not functioned properly since he installed itThe tenant says cold air doesn't come out I have called, text and left messagesHe his been very slow to reply back, days! He has came back several timesWe paid him $for / new air conditioners that do not work correctlyIt has been weeks and they are not workingSo frustrating, he doesn't call back We have not gotten any update to what the issue isHe has returned but the problem has no been fixed! Would NOT recommend him*** **

help in resolving this ongoing issueWe have been attempting to resolve the issue since early January All dates are approximate as I did not think to note the dates, I did not think this was going to be such an issue.Approximately months into 2014, a door to door salesman came to my Parents home at *** *** *** *** *** ***They signed up for a home security system to be installedWhen the system was installed the same day my father signed what he was told was a paper saying the installation was completeThey were given a pamphlet with the monitronics logo and their account number on it. At the beginning of January I bought a larger house to have my parents move in with me as they need assistance in may aspects of their lifeI asked my father to call and cancel his home security systemHe spent more than an hour one day with them and was told they would call back the next dayThey did not call so he called a few days later with the same result. On February 2nd we move in to the new home and at around the same time I began calling to take care of the issue for themI called *** at ###-###-#### an was on the phone with numerous people for over an hour and a halfthey told me the person that could help me was not there and would call back the following mondayThey did not call backThat Thursday I called back and spent at least an hour on the phone with them with the same resultThe following Thursday I began the process over again but started writing down the names of the people I spoke to The last one was Kevin, who stayed on the line with me while he transferred me to *** security who he said was the monitoring companyWe connected with *** who transferred me to *** who transfered me to ***, who while transferring us hung up on the call*** called back, with me on the line, and we got *** who I asked for her phone number and extension so if there was an issue I could reconnect with her###-###-####After explaining to her the situation in detail she said that the Account resolutions department handles that but has left for the day and will call me back on mondayThey did notI called them the following Thursday and left a message with the account resolutions department, they did not call back again so on Friday I called *** extension who told me the same thing and she would have them call me n Monday againThey did notI called her back again the following thursday, she put me on hold, then cam back and said their company could not do any thing for me as Secure Link at ###-###-#### was the company my parents signed up with. I called Secure link at the number provided and because of all the alarms in the background could not hear the person on the other endHe said his name was *** and to call his cell phone, he gave me the number and I calledWhen I explained the situation He told me that my parents had signed a year contract and if they did not pay either monthly or the entire amount in full it would go to collections and they would be brought to court.All I want is the account closed at either no or a reasonable cancellation fee., My parents are elderly and did not know they were signing a year contract, (if they even did as they were never given any paperwork), I believe all three companies are complicit in this deceit due to the run around I was given in trying to resolve this matter.My contact info*** ***

Met with the owner who was very patient and went over all the details with us We needed to upgrade our existing system after being with a different company for years Stephen did not try to sell us unnecessary equipment He offered excellent advice and met all our needs Juan was a pleasure to have in the house His install was efficient & spotless Thrilled our house is now properly protected!!! Highly recommend this company

Secure Link is a very shady vendor, I am currently contracted for one lump payment to a bank, yet I am being charged twice by *** and the bankThe issue is the contracted pay off of *** for the year and attachment of the amount to the loan did not go as contracted...They lumped t he payment, yet never paid off the monthly *** duesI am currently seeking legal action

Hi I'm sorry for your issue and that is horrible. Secure link has not done business since 03/01/2014. If you can send some documentation I could try to identify what company you are using.  Thank you
