Purchased blower and had issues with it not running within first year (within warranty period)Took to authorized dealer and was told carburetor/valve issues that were not covered under warrantymonths later same issue arose and was told same thing and paid for second repairIt ran less than minutes and same issueCalled Shindaiwa and they told me to take to another authorized dealer and to call them when deliveredI did so and called back to Shindaiwa and was told a Service Mgr would contact me withing business daysThey did not contact me but dealer called and said third repair was not covered under warranty againCalled Shindaiwa and they promised another call but stated they are "not responsible for warranty"I have a blower that will not keep running and they will not repair or replace when still under the warranty period
