Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Nothing the owner stated is accurate or truthfulThe car is entirely drivable and I have photographic evidence of that which I can provideFurther, MR*** had never seen the vehicle, nor did we ever have this level of intellectual conversation about the vehicle with meAs I stated in my original complaint, the broker from MyCarShipper.com was my direct contact; his name is *** ** ***aWhen MR*** missed his pickup window, the broker struggled to connect with himOnce he did, he conferenced the three of us on the line and MR*** claimed he'd been trying to get ahold of meWhen I told him I'd received no calls, he stated - and I quote "You're a *** liar and this order is canceled." from that point, he hung up the phone and left the broker and I in bewildermentIt was obvious that he had no excuse but negligent business methodology and did not wish to own it
From this point, MR*** DID contact me repeatedly via text as a form of harassmentI had to pursue a number block to rid myself of his foul presenceYou can contact *** ** ***a at MyCarShipper.com who will corroborate the unprofessional nature MR*** used when he failed to collect the vehicle on schedule
Frankly, MR*** should not be allowed to do businessAll I'm asking is that you issue a cease and desist notice for ANY future contact with myself and prohibit him from working with MyCarShipper in the future

We did refuse to move his auto because we do not move cars for people in the way he wanted us to move the car The car was unsafe for open trailer due to lose parts; hood was unsecured, and it was not able to be driven onto our foot auto hauler We told this person he should call a
towing service that works with junk cars and not a interstate transporter like us As you can see he is quite childish and did not like us telling him that WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE JOB if we feel it is unsafe or any other concerns that we feel would make it a problem to transport In this case this was a year old car full of rust with body parts falling off

MR [redacted] used [redacted] of Star Auto Sales to hire us (MDR Trucking) on 11/08/2019 at 8:09pm as Cash on delivery for transport of a 1981 VW Rabbit. The pickup was at an auction in Washington State and Deliver to an Address in Reedsport...

Oregon . The Dispatch company that [redacted] of Star Auto Sales used to hire us (MDR Trucking) keeps a record of changes made to the contract called a dispatch sheet showing the [redacted] of Star Auto Sales changed the contract from [redacted] of Star Auto Sales paying us to Cash On Delivery.
We picked up the unit (VW Rabbit) the morning of the 9th Nov 2016 and working our way to Reedsport Oregon we get a call from the owner MR [redacted] stating he read the contract and saw the delivery address was wrong and we needed to take the unit to Oakland Oregon and not Reedsport Oregon. Since this is over 100 miles off our track we agreed to drop off the next morning on the 10th. A short time before we are going to get to Oakland we text the owner MR [redacted] of the time we will be arriving and a reminder it was Cash on delivery. After quite some time we get an answer from MR [redacted] stating he already paid [redacted] of Star Auto Sales in a text that he sent me. So we took the time to see what Star Auto Sales had to say and to check them out to be sure they are bonded auto transport broker before we could allow the change in contract to bill the broker (Star Auto Sales).
We found that [redacted] of Star Auto Sales is not a legal broker or from what I can see a registered auto dealer so we turned them down on credit. Star Auto Sales seems to have somehow lied to Dispatch about being a dealer letting them post as a Car Dealer, that means they should only be posting cars they are buying or selling, a dealer does not have the Federal Authority to broker Interstate Transport of a motor vehicle nor are they bonded as required by Federal law

[redacted] of Star Auto Sale and  MR [redacted] sent us to deliver this 1981 VW knowing there was no payment waiting on drop off.
Star Auto Sales has never contacted us (MDR Trucking) about taking our money or even the change of address. When I contacted [redacted] of Star auto sales he told me that this was not his problem, a little later I got a text from [redacted] stating only [redacted] We thought [redacted] just left MR [redacted] holding the bag and made me the bad guy for wanting to be paid for the work we had done as stated in the contract.. [redacted] of Star Auto Sales seems to have refunded MR [redacted] money and changed contract COD as requested by Mr. [redacted].

MR [redacted] has refused over and over to pay the bill before we started adding any fees for storage, Mr. [redacted] is using all kind of crazy claims and filing crazy complaints in hopes we will deliver the car without payment first as required. We have told MR [redacted] over and over his bill must be paid in full before we will release the car. MR [redacted] took his money back from [redacted] of Star Auto Sales and changed the payment to cash on delivery order for the delivery of his car. The we get text from Mr. [redacted] wanting us to bill the guy he already got his money back from and just drop off the car leaving MDR Trucking without payment for the transport of the car.

MR [redacted] has left us no choose but to lock the car up until this is resolved by MR [redacted] paying his bill and arrange for the pickup of this unit or legal places the car in auction to recover our losses . We have completed our end of the contract, due to the fact at time of delivery there was no payment arrangements made for the car transport resulting in the unit being returned to our yard until paid in full. We have given Mr. [redacted] weeks to take care of this and he has failed to do so. I told him on the 16th of Nov 2016 that we will start charging storage of $35.00 a day starting Monday the 21st, of Nov 2016 if not paid in full. It is 11/24/16 and still we only get threats from Mr. [redacted] and he has not one time arranged to have us paid to release the car
