This customer doesn't require a responseAlthough, for the record, we will state that we have had numerous issues with this customer and have tried to resolve them at every turnThe customer is having an issue currently where they have a virus (as acknowledged in the complaint.) They also state
that we informed them that they are not covered if they remove our virus protection softwareOur virus protection software has a lifetime warranty on it if you use itThis customer asked us to remove itThen called us to remove it when they got the virusWe cannot cover this type of problem without our software being usedWe pleaded with the customer to find another option, but her employer wanted her to use their softwareWe do not warranty software purchased from other companiesIf the customer would like to have us put our software back on her computer, we most certainly canShe will then receive the same warranty

I am attaching a copy of the customer invoice that shows what they orderedPlease note, it very specifically shows that the customer chose to order:
I dont understand why the customer is just now bringing this to our attentionTheir order very clearly states that they ordered WIN PRO
If the customer ordered the wrong disc set, they will need to contact us directly for optionsplease see attached PDF that shows what the customer ordered

The customers product was delivered 8/27/2016 after we reshipped the customer a new order. After we were made aware of a discrepancies we immediately dispatched a new order to the customer using the USPS tracking number: [redacted] - this order has been confirmed delivered to the...

customer. We have also sent the customer 34 emails over the last two weeks. None of them were responded to. The customer kept sending in new emails with no identifying information. We were eventually able to track them back to the customer using IP address. The customer said their computer was broken and they didn't receive any emails.

I am rejecting this response because: I never asked this company to remove anything. Quite the contrary actually. I simply asked them to add additional security that my employer required. They chose to remove there own software without my prior knowledge. Not being a tech person I didn't realize my adding my employers software meant removing theirs and voiding my contract, as this was never explained. I had to learn the hard way. There is nothing in writing anywhere that states they were removing their software.

Good I would like to see that order form. Joe is a smart person that could have altered my order.  He was hoping that he could keep my money and I would forget about $64.98. He said he had to use my IP ADDRESS?  WHY NOT USE MY PHONE NUMBER WHICH WAS ON THE ORIGINAL ORDER FORM.
