[redacted] My son and his girlfriend got moved by your company over the weekend The movers had honestly no clue what they were doing We moved them into a small(less than 600sqft) apartment We had the place ready to be moved quickly and efficiently, boxes packed and piled up ready, big stuff (couch, bed, a few shelf units) to be put in the back of the truck We expected them by 2pm, they showed up at almost After not following our simple directions of boxes first then big stuff last, they took almost hours to load the truck(a job that should have been less than an hour) We booked the elevator but there was a problem, so we had a little bit of a wait per load They then got to the new place and proceeded to unload the big stuff into the hall wayThey then started packing the elevators way too full and would send one of them up at a time to unload into the hall way About two hours of this idiocy went on and the apartment was getting filled up with small boxes to the point that no one could even move in thereAll of the big items were left in the hallway and outside of the apartmentThe couch sat in the hallway outside of their apartment for minutesWe had to tell them to move the big itemsThey seemed to have no concept of how to move They TRAPPED my year old daughter in the kitchen with boxesEveryone was getting visibly upset to the point of tears at how much of a mess they were making filling the place up They still had the couch in the hall way and had not even touched the bed or dressers from down stairs At hours at the new place, I got fed up and starting taking boxes up MYSELF in a different elevatorThey guys would then start to add many more boxes to my elevator expecting that I would do more workI fought the elevator doors on the destination floor while trying to unload 10or more boxes they stuffed in with me They then asked ME AND MY WIFE to help unload the truck I started moving boxes in the tiny apartment and told them to stop and get the big stuff in so we could start getting organized This took almost hours of unloading and your two guys, me, my son, my wife AND my sons girlfriend to get the stuff in After they were done, I spent another HOURS cleaning up, organizing and inspecting all the damages to the walls and my sons stuff that your guys had done This job should and could have been done by competent workers in less than half the time it tookInstead we were stuck dealing with it until 10pmAnd should have cost us a whole lot less if we had just done it ourselves (which we basically did) in renting A uhaul We were charged for hours of moving plus hour of travel time which, seeing as me and my family did MOST of the work after the guys "tried their best" for hours is ridiculous in the end, there were broken boxes of dishes, a broken vanity and a whole lot of mess to get through
