I emailed a couple of times to find out when my order would ship? Was just concerned because I paid 69.00 for 1-3 business days didn't realise it meant their business days-received a not so nice email back that sounded like I was annoying them!-wait-I am the customer right? and I spent money! their customer service is not pleasant! obviously not getting what I paid for! going on 4 days now

First of all they advertise that female order receive a file for teeth. No file included in my order. I returned the order unopened because it was not pictured. Called them because I knew they received the return since I sent it certified and the supervisor gave an excuse about how often they visit their po box. What an attitude. Instead of telling me they will promptly credit my account. I guess that is why they have a D+ rating. Should have checked before I did business but this is for those smart enough to check!
