I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
The report they provided is a revised report of the original They have deleted out the original report which indicated items inspected that were not in an attempt to hide their inspection Attached is the original report (page versus page of their uploaded revised report) Simply removing information and recommendations that were based on an inspection that did not include the items they originally mentioned and then adding generalized information from someone from the corporate office does not resolve the issue Their response now indicates that no issue was found However, in a follow up email from the company to me, they stated my home did have an issue Perhaps this is because the testing cannot be considered reliable completed either This deleting and changing of report findings along with their inability to give a correct answer just further shows the and duplicitous nature of this company

Client received service in full, we also responded to clients call and complaint on the same day they called April 4th with 50% refundThis was only because recommendations by inspector could have been improvedThe lab results indicate the property did not indicate any problem, if client can
produce documentation by another test only inspection company showing a problem that we missed we will be happy to refund in full.? We do not produce lab results showing the incorrect street name, that is done by a third party lab, also attached is "Chain of Custody" showing the correct address it was just lost in translation.?

The report they provided is a revised report of the original.  They have deleted out the original report which indicated items inspected that were not in an attempt to hide their false inspection.  Attached is the original report (page 8 versus page 8 of their uploaded revised report).  Simply removing false information and recommendations that were based on an inspection that did not include the items they originally mentioned and then adding generalized information from someone from the corporate office does not resolve the issue.  Their response now indicates that no issue was found.  However, in a follow up email from the company to me, they stated my home did have an issue.  Perhaps this is because the testing cannot be considered reliable completed either.  This deleting and changing of report findings along with their inability to give a correct answer just further shows the false and duplicitous nature of this company.
