The only information I have on this company is their name on my credit card bill.Looking up this company shows them in that addressI called the leasing company shown for that address, they say there IS NO SUCH ADDRESS/listing for them.I believe is a totally bogus 'company' and a scam stealing credit card info.This so-called company charged 3x on my credit card (I have cancelled the card with Capital One and disputed the charges, they concur and are investigating).I have never done business with this company and do not know how my credit card info was stolen.Thank you for any help, but I'm pretty sure this is a fly-by-night 'company/person' and they will not be brought to justice for theft.***

This will serve as response to complaint ID [redacted] [redacted] contacted Bayside Capital on 6/30/regarding an outstanding debt with 6GS [redacted] was informed of the debt and agreed on a recorded line to resolving the matter with payment arrangements [redacted] agreed to a payment of $on 7/15/16, $on 8/12/and $on 9/9/The representative at Bayside Capital had a very detailed conversation with [redacted] eliminating any confusion regarding the debt[redacted] was transferred to a second recorded fine where a representative from [redacted] reiterated the payment arrangement that [redacted] agreed to [redacted] once again agreed to all payments and placed her debit card on file and authorized the payments to be automatically drafted on the dates above [redacted] was provided Bayside Capitals telephonenumber 8SS-S46-911S as well as an email providing all contact information for Bayside Capital to the email address [redacted] had providedThe telephone number for [redacted] was provided on [redacted] 's bank statement for each payment as wellAll representatives at [redacted] are available Mon-Fri from 9am to 6pm to provide Bayside Capitals contact information.At no point did [redacted] contact our office to dispute the payment, request a return of funds or toinform being unaware of what was paidPlease let me know if you need me to provide all recordings as well as verification of debt, receipts for payments etc.Thank You,Lori M [redacted] ###-###-#### [redacted] ***

This will serve as response to complaint ID *** *** contacted our office on 2/23/inregards to an outstanding debtMs*** verified her name, SSN, DOB and stated that she would like tomake a paymentMs*** was transferred to a secured recorded line and provided her name and
debitcard informationMs*** authorized a payment of $to be processed on 2/26/and wasprovided her confirmation number for her paymentMs*** was also provided a hard copy paid in fullletter mailed to her address that she had provided.On 2/29/Ms*** contacted our office demanding a refundWhile attempting to refund Ms***'smoney she stated that she had cancelled the card she had provided to make the payment of $343.00.Therefore we were not able to refund the money upon her requestMs*** stated that our companywas fraud but yet was willing to provide another debit card to receive her refundWe explained that wecould only refund money back to an active card that was already provided and for security purposes wewere unable to refund a card that we were unaware ofWe clearly stated this information on a recordedline to Ms*** and informed her to go to her bank and charge the payment backMs*** stated thatshe was not going to do so because of the time period of about thirty days to receive her funds.A representative from Ms***'s bank contacted our office to inform that Ms***s debit card wasreactivatedAt that point we were able to issue the refund in the amount of $We explained thatthe refund would take 3-business daysMs*** was satisfied.Thank You,Lori M***Secured Billing Services###-###-####

I DID NOT contact Bayside on 06/24/I was contacted on 06/24/in regards to a debt, but the company DID NOT identify themselves as BaysideThe individual who CONTACTED ME, wasn't very nice at all, and acted in a harassing type of mannerAgain, they DID NOT identify themselves as BaysideI was then transferred to a company that wasn't initially identified, but I later learned, was *** *** ***I was NEVER given a phone number to this companyAnd after extensive research, I did not see a website, nor a business phone number to *** *** ***This leads me to be that this is nothing more than unlawful billing practices, and this so-called company is nothing more than a scamI would like a refund of all monies paid!

To help better assist Ms. [redacted] I would need her husband's first and last name. I am not seeing information in our system...
