Thank you for reaching out to us. At SecureTickets, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted] concerns. It should be noted that SecureTickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions...

between ticket buyers and ticket sellers. Mr. [redacted] has stated that he believed he was purchasing through the website of the venue, or of the event itself. However, our web address and branding are intentionally different from those of any other site. Directly on our website and at the top of every ticket listing page it states “We are a resale marketplace. Prices may exceed face value. This site is not owned by any venue.”Mr. [redacted] states that he purchased six tickets by error, to this we would like to provide clarification. Our site is user-driven meaning no order can be placed without the customer being made aware of the order details, including quantity of tickets. When Mr. [redacted] viewed tickets for Matisyahu on 12/21/16 at $190 each (not $247.59 as Mr. [redacted] previously mentioned), he had the option to adjust the quantity of tickets. Once Mr. [redacted] selected the number of tickets in the section he desired, he navigated to our checkout page and was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the price per ticket, all fees, and the total price in bold text. Here it also reiterates, “We are a resale marketplace. Ticket prices may exceed face value.” Mr. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions. I have reviewed the Order Summary above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).”With regard to Ms. [redacted] claim that the regular price, or "face value," is different than the tickets he purchased, it should be noted that as a secondary marketplace all ticket prices are set by the sellers, not SecureTickets. As it states throughout our website, we are a resale marketplace and prices may be above face value. As Mr. [redacted] mentioned, we do have a 100% Money Back Guarantee. The 100% Money Back Guarantee is in place to guarantee valid and authentic tickets and delivery of these tickets in time for the event. It does not, however, support buyer's remorse for tickets purchased. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry. Mr. [redacted] valid tickets were delivered to him on 9/29 prior to his event on 12/21, therefore fulfilling our 100% Money Back Guarantee. When Mr. [redacted] called to discuss this order we did offer a resolution, stepping outside of our Sale Terms and Conditions. However, this offer was declined. As such, we consider this matter closed. Regards, SecureTickets

Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. we do not own or generate tickets which is why the policy is in place. We have also discussed this thoroughly on the phone with Mr. and Mrs. [redacted].Mr. [redacted] reached out to us regarding his concerns on 9/26 and 10/1. Mrs. [redacted] was offered a resolution while speaking to a customer service manager and promptly declined the offer on 10/1.  If Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] have any additional concerns they would like to discuss, they are welcome to reach out to our customer service department. At this time, we consider this matter closed.Regards, SecureTickets
